Quality Pilates reformer for way less than what’s on market!
First, thank you Trustpilot for your help, My topia has collected the broken scooter. However, it's been a week and we haven't heard from them about a refund, and I've written four emails to them with no response. The price of this scooter is $400, which is a big expense for us.

Arrived very quickly. Great instructions although I ordered the large desk so it did take me 3 hours to put together. However works great and looks fantastic. Very happy. Very smooth movement with the sit stand mechanism.

I am SUCH a happy camper. Your price was a quarter of the cheapest comparable product, and in recommending that I use a metro address for delivery, i was able to reduce that by half. Delivery time was fast and product all as promised.

arrived in about a week, has been a godsend in this hot weather. Can sleep comfortably at night, it makes noise but i don’t feel like it’s loud, easy to sleep and watch TV still. Have been using for the last 2 weeks and had no issues

You won't believe they sent us a broken scooter. We charged the scooter for 4 hours when we received it on 15/01/2024, but still can’t start the power. Well, we charged it for another 5 hours, and nothing changed, it looked like a dead machine. So we wrote an email to customer service and they said it must be the charge was broken, then they replaced a new one for us on 17/01/2024. However, the scooter still can't be started. We are heartbroken, and again question this problem to customer service how it come? They said to send the scooter back to them and they would inspect it. They wasted us 15 days and we originally planned to use this scooter to commute. After that, we packed the scooter and waited for Hunter Express, which they nominated to pick it up on 29/01/2024. However, it has been over a week now, and nobody come in and collected, we tried to connect to Hunter Express's and Mytopica's customer service, but they just wanted us to wait. How could they do this to their customer, we put our trust in My Topia, and the result has been such a disappointment.
Do not buy anything from this company! I bought a simple water dispenser that wasn’t as described. They mention the product measurements, but forget to include that it has to have a giant water bottle attachment. Contacted them politely and sent back the day I received unused and in full packaging. They won’t offer a refund. It’s a total sham. It’s their position that this is a change of mind purchase, which it clearly isn’t. They’re offering a store credit for less than what the product was purchased for due to ‘shipping’. It cost me $50 to ship it back to them! You will notice from other reviews, their response is to never actually be accountable or take responsibility. They simply state their illegal ‘return policy’ or pass the buck to a third party seller. They repeatedly have the most appalling customer service from Mitch and Jay. So dodgy, please reconsider purchasing any item from here and get it from a reputable company who is accountable . Simply speaking, if you spend your money at Mytopia you won’t get what you paid for.
The range, the King bunks you provided: outstanding for the price, The mattress hasn't been used yet the price was good. The website is not fine. The issue I had was it was never clear that the frame would arrive before the mattress. The driver didn't explain sh!t either but it was really hot and I thought I had enough to think it would follow next day. It didn't and two further days (maybe three) I emailed never got a response in writing (didn't need one cause mattress was delivered not long after). Other than that, thinking I could use the website to track an order and realising you can't 7 of 10 rating.
