Quality wines at very reasonable prices

My neighbour natasha taylor who lives in the CH63 2PA area was kind enough to give me a bottle of wine that she bought from Naked wines. The wine was very nice and far better than more expensive wines at my local supermarket. I would highly recommend the wine from this company and the prices are very reasonable especially for the quality you are getting. Give it a go you will not be disappointed

Naked Wines has not lived up to my…

Naked Wines has not lived up to my expectations. We have had both problems with quality of wines/illogic/irregularities in quality as wel/l as very slow delivery speeds which caused frustration since ordering from them was aimed at meeting those needs.

Subscription problems

Nice wine's which they keep sending even though I have cancelled the subscription twice. I don't want the wine anymore . It gets sent well before the due date. No chance to stop it. If they don't respond to the stop subscription button in the account I am not sure what else to do. Unhappy customer.

Unauthorized Money Withdrawal of Bank Account

I noticed that Naked Wines made an unauthorized withdrawal of 25 GBP from my card account. I have spoken with my bank and they have closed my card due to Naked Wine's illegal actions. Never buy anything!!!

***Edit*** I responded to the comment that Naked Wines posted on here but I have heard nothing from them since. A great example of the terrible customer service they offer customers. Avoid them at all costs!!!! I placed an order with a voucher I was sent which offered me a saving of £80. A couple of hours later I received an email from a very rude person called Emma who was informing me that as I already have an account (I don't) she had cancelled my order. They seem to use this voucher offer to do nothing more than gather email addresses. I have received 2 emails already from them with more 'great offers' Avoid this company and go with a more trustworthy and reliable bsuiness who will not be rude to you.

Lovely wine - Awful Customer Service

Lovely wine - awful customer service. Every order I make, I tick the 'sign for your parcel - redeliver if no one home'. Unfortunately every delivery we have had has been left on the doorstep with massive letters saying WINE. At over £100 per case, that's not good enough. Once they left it in the bin - Naked said it wouldn't happen again and gave me credit on my account. Unfortunately it still has happened every delivery since and they don't seem to care anymore. I've cancelled my account as a result. A shame for all concerned. They'll go out of business soon with that attitude.

I have had to cancel my account due to financial difficulties, I had a balance of £57 and on the last page of the cancellation process Naked Wines informed me that they are holding onto the cash and then my balance went to zero, this is wrong in so many ways! I have sent an email, but to say I’m disappointed is an understatement

Had an opportunity to order a xmas…at a good price

Had an opportunity to order a xmas hamper in march 24 the same as I has at xmas 23 which was excellent. The new order arrived after several weeks and it was a completely different order.I was advised to have the order collected and was assured the proper order would be delivered. This arrived a few days later and it was the same box I had just sent back.After several conversations I had a refund on my order as I wasn't confident that dreaded box wouldn't return.Dissapointed as the xmas hamper I originally had was excellent and the inconvenience of having to wait for delivery and collections is very time consuming.Been very happy with winess so far,not happy with compensation service for my troubles.Considering cancelling my subs after this experience.

Ordered 6 bottles to try but I never realised I was actually joining a subscription which I then had to go through the process of cancelling, very annoying. The wine arrived swiftly and I am looking forward to tasting the wines.

I've always rated Naked Wines the best'ive had a good lot of wine from them over the years.But this last 12 bottles all were absolutely horrible. I had 6 white and 6 red.Not 1 bottle could I say was any good just like vinegar.

A great customer experience as always.

I've been with Naked Wines for some years. Recently I had to take a payment holiday, but today I was able to restart my account and place an order. I think that Naked Wines have the very best customer services team in the UK and today was no exception! The wonderful Sophie took me through all that was needed, used her expertise based on my previous purchases to put together a very nice case for me, but also used my history to recommend Wines I haven't tried and we discussed a wide range of topics, which gave her the information she needed to make those recommendations, which looking at them I think look spot on. We had a long call, but Sophie never gave the impression that she needed to take the next call, even though we both knew that she did! Definitely always go above and beyond. Mind you, when you have an excellent product and business model it must be relatively easier to do customer services than say John Lewis or any other script based service. My only teeny tiny concern is their continued use of Yodel, whose current delivery driver to this post code is poor even by Yodel's usual dismal standards. Thanks Naked Wines

sneaky and underhand

I was provided with a voucher code and used it to obtain a discount on an order of 6 bottles. So far so good. Next thing I am being congratulated for "choosing our Wine Genie service". The order I placed is referred to as my "first" and they seem to think they'll be debiting my card every 2 months! I am very certain I did not agree to a subscription. I resent this underhandedness, and the fact that I've had to spend time taking action to cancel a subscription I never intended is inappropriate. They should apologise and clean up their act
