Nastygal is stealing money from customers

Talking to customer service is frustrating. It’s like going in circles.They refuse to help me because of the 28 day time frame. I am currently stationed out of the U.S. because my husband is US military and place my order to APO, since Nastygal Website said they can be ship to APO. I understand that shipments take a little longer to reach me. It has been over a month and I never got the item. The tracking clearly shows the item left from a Pennsylvania location. It stays in Pennsylvania the whole time and is sent to a different address that is not on my order. When I double check the routing history of the order the package actually said that it is returned back to sender and then sent to another PA location. My APO is in Germany, the package never left the PA area. So the item is back at nastygal and they refuse to refund me, because it past the 28 dispute. Nastygal is stealing money from their customers and it is horrible the way they treat you. Please avoid purchasing from Nastygal. There are so many other online retailers with better customer service and would quickly rectify their mistake. Shop with white fox boutique, ASOS and princess polly; I have always had great customer experiences with them and they are so friendly and I also always receive my orders from them, and when I had an issue with an order they responded so fast and fixed the issue. They ship to APO for all my fellow military families out there. Plus they never stole my money. The nastygal order was $141.44. What’s sad is that I use to shop with nastygal before it got sold off to Boohoo. They were wonderful back then. This was my first time ordering from them since it got sold off. PLEASE avoid and don’t get screwed over like me.

I’ve ordered from Nasty Gal in the past and had zero issues. I recently ordered some boots for a PR pre-festival gifting suite for Coachella and received the wrong size. Their returns portal is not user friendly and would not let me setup my own return. I messaged the team on IG and got a response the next business day and they were able to get the return label to me. Thanks Liselle and Mary!

Quality for price is poor

Quality for price is poor. Beads falling off item just by removing from package. Additionally, they sent me the wrong sized item. My conformation email I received in general was just full of incorrect information, such as stating my order was placed in the future. I attempted to return the item on several occasions but Nasty Gal's system is not user friendly. It kept telling me my order number could not be found, and therefore, I was unable to process the return. It will NOT allow you to go to next step even though it says Order # is optional. I did eventually get through to a customer service agent, Lenny, who was extremely helpful. He initially did not want to accept my return as it was out of the 30-day window, but after I explained the struggle I had, he did end up being able to assist me, which I was very appreciative of. I'm giving 2 stars because of the customer service I received from Lenny and the fact the outfit is still wearable. However, I paid $130+ for a set that I will probably only be able to wear once as I'm sure the beads will continue to fall off once I actually wear it. I don't even see how it will be possible to wash the item.

First experience with nasty gal AND I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN SO SO DISAPPOINTED!

They sent me the wrong size of clothing, took zero accountability ! SAVE YOUR MONEY ! The fabric of the clothing is the cheapest I’ve ever felt in my life, forever21 or even SHEIN offers better quality clothing than NastyGal ! This website needs to be shut the down ASAP! TERRIBLE customer service ! Tried to charge me MORE money to send it back and get the right size, when I didn’t order the size they sent me to begin with ! Wish I could report this company so they don’t take advantage of other customers like they did myself. The pricing on the clothes is wild, my order was de threading the second it came out of the package! Hopefully I can sell the set because one, it didn’t fit me for the company sending me THE WRONG SIZE and I’m sure I would have got tops two or three uses out of it before the set fell apart . Do yourself a favor and shop else where Nasty gal is not worth it !

Can't seem to return my items!

Can't seem to return my items! The return portal won't send a verification code to allow for the returns process to start, and when I try to use the chat function to help it sends me around in circles. There is no contact number or email to help with the matter! I have tried contacting via facebook, but still no use. I have spent a fair amount of money with the company and am very unsatisfied with the service. Edit: I have since been assisted via facebook, they have sent me a QR code to return my items. The team were able to solve the issue which I am very grateful for. But for future reference, I think they should perhaps make contacting the company a little more user friendly.

Dopo numerosi solleciti ho ottenuto solo un rimborso del 70% perché a loro dire “il corriere ha perso il pacco perché il tuo indirizzo è difficile da raggiungere”: l’indirizzo è quello di una FARMACIA in centro paese, di fianco alla stazione. Immaginate quanto possa essere difficile da raggiungere. Comunque al momento sto ancora combattendo con il customer service perché neanche quel rimborso del 70% é mai arrivato. Sconsiglio caldamente.
