I used NBA to make a recent purchase and although there was issue with delivery due to Australia Post, the process was excellent. When communicating with NBA support and Ginger in particular, they were extremely efficient and helpful. I highly recommend NBA.
Naughty boy have once again made me smile with their excellent customer service when there was an issue with a product. If only all online shopping was so reliable, they have everything a naughty boy needs and I don’t bother shopping anywhere else !

Because the team got on it fast.my when first did my order on the 4/24 you and tracking number so sense it really a fast delivery...but I was given the wrong tracking number.. bur as soon as got in touch it was sort of I reviewed a text with new tracking number.. Team was great out sorting out..But it would good no the tracking has been change.. In the I got my order..thanks team

Order was packed and sent the same day it was placed. NBA send separate emails updating order tracking in line with postal services too. Items are packed well and kept discreet for privacy.
I asked them to change my postage to Xpress Post. They did not do that.
All items arrived undamaged. No complaints.
Had an issue with price match code which would not apply. However, Ginger from customer service was able to produce a solution and my order with discount was placed product arrived within 24 hrs thank very much
Will not buy from this company again and will be sending item back waiting too long for items. I work for auspost and as this is supposed to be shipped via express post I should have received by now, also a tracking number should have been supplied, very disappointing as items were paid on 26/12.
Somebody is not doing their job very well at all as i had just received my order in a very flimsy unsecured very thin and unprotected StarTrack bag😵 Their was no Bubble wrap at all and no privacy or security whatsoever so the question i want to put to you people why wasn't it in a plain more private and secure package if this is the way you treat your customers with no respect whatsoever i will in future take my business elsewhere because somebody there is not doing their job! I am very disappointed with your handling of this so called purchase!
Poor customer service. Asked for full refund, yet was responded only do refund one day per week. Product was not available and didn`t even ask for option. Still no refund being processed!

Got charged 15.95 postage for each item, then get told half what I ordered isn't in stock then not get a reply and what was in stock still hasn't been sent, could've got it cheaper and faster elsewhere but thought I'd be easier to get it in the one place, obviously not, won't be back
