Good quality products and excellent customer service.

I’ve used Neal’s Yard Remedies a few times and always been happy with the service and products I’ve received, great quality. My last order went to a collection point to be picked up, as I wasn’t in after the third attempt at posting it. Unfortunately it wasn’t easy for me to get to within the 7 days it was held there. When I emailed customer service, Nadean contacted me very quickly, was apologetic and said a new order would be sent out using an alternative courier. I was very happy with the customer service I received and the prompt reply and the fact I didn’t have to cancel and re-order. Will definitely use this company again.

My order arrived but unfortunately one…

My order arrived but unfortunately one item was damaged. I sent an email which was picked up very quickly by Lukrecija who apologised and has arranged shipment of a replacement item. Lukrecija was extremely efficient and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great Customer Service from Nadean!

Neal's Yard have great products and I have mostly bought in-store. Took advantage of ordering on-line and items arrived on time, as promised, but with the lid of one of the products broken in transit. Contacted customer services and had my concern dealt with by Nadean... WHAT A GEM! Nadean quickly resolved the issue and arranged for a replacement which was sent (thankfully) using a different company. This definitely reinforced my faith in Neal's Yard and they will continue to have my custom 🙂 Keep up the sterling work!

Watch out if you order wrong item, lengthy wait for refund!

I ordered 3 items from Neals Yard 2 items I ordered by mistake instead of another item. Called them within 2 minutes and asked if I could change/cancel order they said that they could not! I had to wait for it to be delivered, they would send me a Yodel return link and I have to wait up to 10 -15 days for a refund! I find Neal's Yard system not very flexible/accommodating. Their attitude was also quite sterile.. Probably won't be ordering online from them again...

Fantastic products, amazing customer service

Firstly, I want to mention the products: excellent, smell divine, and add a sense of indulgence to my day. But above all, I must mention the customer service. I had a shampoo delivered recently that had leaked during transit and without any fuss, Sam at Neal's Yard arranged a replacement to get delivered. Honestly, this is just the sort of thing that keeps you loyal to a company, and in this day and age it feels great to know you can trust excellent customer service. Thank you Sam, you have done NYR proud and made me a very happy customer!

What can I say about neal yard apart from amazing. I absolutely love the products and usually visit a store ! I ordered a few things online and missed the promotional gift . I emailed the team and straight away they sorted this for me and I qualified for the free gift. Sam dealt with me and was very professional and kind. Wouldn’t order any where else ! Thank you

I ordered from Neal’s Yard today. I realised I hadn’t requested express deliver so emailed via the customer service email requesting to have the delivery asap. I had an immediate reply from a very helpful and friendly advisor called Sam who immediately sorted the problem and for no extra charge. So efficient, responsive and helpful! Thankyou 🙂

Loyal customer since 20 years.…

I started using day/ night cream since almost 20 ish years and since then I have all shapes and sizes of blue bottles only! in my bathroom.I should definitely get a loyalty award for it! 😂 I also loved the make range( sad they stopped doing it now) Got to know of loyalty card very very late ! It definitely gives good savings.
