I was having an issue recently trying to obtain the ‘refer a friend’ discount codes. Within a few minutes of a phone call to Neom, Izzy emailed me through two unique discount counts so I could avail of their offer. I’m new to Neom products and I’m absolutely loving everything I’ve bought so far! Everything is great quality along with the nice packaging makes Neom products feel so luxurious. Please Neom make a reed diffuser in the Ylang Ylang, Vetivert & Tonka Bean scent! It’s the most beautiful scent from your range in my opinion 🙂

Very overpriced. I purchased the tortoiseshell diffuser and I was so disappointed..It looked OK but the settings to alter the spray and light are temperamental and the base is very cheap looking ..I couldn't really smell the oil even when on constant.. No way is this worth over a hundred pounds should be more like £40 . Again neom oils are very expensive and when asked for a breakdown of what's in the oil regarding animal safety they were not helpful

I used to love this brand

I used to love this brand, especially the oil combinations that included neroli. Because my loved ones know how much I love this brand I received 3 bottles of neom oils for my birthday, and they all smell of chemicals not neroli oils. I guess they must have changed their recipes since I last bought their products but won’t be buying again.

Really impressed with how Katie went “above and beyond” today. I was having problems with delivery and shipping addresses and paying on line. I eventually found a contact number ( that did take a while). Katie sorted everything out for me and unlike other online retailers, Katie called me back several times as I was having problems with my phone. All was handled so professionally and in such a friendly way that I felt that my “little” order was important. Gorgeous products too.

Customer service ignore emails

I ordered a replacement cover for my Neom diffuser and then immediately realized that I had a 20% discount code that I hadn't used. Within 10 minutes of placing the order I requested to cancel it, which was auto acknowledged. I then placed a new order with the 20% discount applied. Several hours later, I received an email from customer service to say that my order had been cancelled but, you've guessed it, they cancelled the wrong order, despite the order numbers being clear. I contacted them to ask them how to proceed - no reply. I sent a further cancellation request (to cancel the first order) which was ignored. I sent a further two emails which were both ignored. The discount amount involved was only £6 but I'm more annoyed that they ignored my emails, very poor customer service indeed and I won't be purchasing from them again.

Good products absolutely awful if you need to contact them. This is my second time buying from Neom and I really really wish I hadn’t. Due to confusing naming structures on the oils I got 2 identical bottles when I thought I was buying new scents. I tried chat to return no dice. I found a form I filled out and 3 days later I get an email asking for more info. I immediately replied with all relevant info and nothing since. 3 follow up emails from me and still nothing. I just want to return the parts duplicated. Not rocket science. Myself and my wife have decided it’s absolutely not worth the hassle of this and won’t buy again (similar disaster in Christmas 2022). Get your act together Neom. Good products left down by brutal service.

Beautifully smelling candle which I love however I gave 2 stars as one of the wicks will not stay alight and continually goes out and the wick just doesn’t burn very well at all. Far too expensive for that to keep happening so wont purchase again.

Unnecessary packaging

I bought a 3 candle set as a birthday gift for a friend this week. The candles themselves are beautiful - expensive but I don't mind paying for quality. However, I am astonished by the volume of unnecessary packaging: a box, placed inside another box, filled with shredded cardboard, wrapped in tissue, placed inside a paper bag, tied with a ribbon... sprayed with perfume!!! At a time when conversation about wasting natural resource is so prevalent, how is this acceptable. I am sure it was all recycled etc etc but the reality is it was almost entirely unnecessary and therefore recycled or not, its mere existence is a waste of resource.

I was looking forward to purchasing a candle from NEOM after hearing good reports therefore I thought I would read the reviews prior to ordering however after reading these reviews I won’t be purchasing due to the terrible customer aftercare services which is a shame.
