Had a lovely experience today in New Looks weymouth branch. Just when i thought i wouldnt be able to find any nice new skirts one of the sales ladies (Emmalene) offered some help and redirected me to the new summer colours and picked a gorgeous blue skirt perfect for the summer!
Had to contact New Look by email as mistake was made with delivery. Laura contacted me, was incredibly helpful and sorted out my problem. A* service - thank you Laura!

I ordered 2 dresses online and only 1 turned up. Yvonne refunded my money right away for the missing dress and a free next day delivery code to re-order a new one. Registered and returned items for Klarna account, returned further items in store which did not show on my Klarna, Chelsea B, from customer support replied to my email almost immediately and updated the systems to push refund through which allowed my Klarna account to then be updated.

Used online chat for an order a day late to store. Michelle S was really excellent. She checked whether the item was still in stock to reorder if I wanted to do that - without me having to ask her to do so. This is proper customer service.
