I recently bought a dress and it arrived in no time to Australia , was so happy with the colour , the fabric was very elegant , the only thing is that the size was slightly larger than expected , I have requested an exchange and hoping to receive the smaller size quickly so I can wear the dress for the wedding in 10 days !! would highly recommend this store and will soon put my second order through , such a beautiful dress , love it .
I love this company. I have ordered 5 dresses from them and all of them are a hit. I would recommend to always order one size up - I found sometimes they fit small, but if I size up I can always get it tailored (and have done so in the past). Saves a lot of time!

I needed a dress for my daughter's October wedding. The entire experience was seamless, from scheduling an appointment to selecting THE dress!!! I bought 2 different dresses to try on for prom. The fabric of one was so itchy. So I planned to return but discovered that RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered. I wont be ordering from this store again.
The only thing i dislike is the fact that they don’t do returns. I had to exchange my dress several times and the end pay more than the original one. The quality is excellent and customer service is superb. They are very helpful when it comes to finding what you are looking for.
NYD was the only retailer I could find that would ship my must have dress to my country. The no return policy terrified me but I took a chance, following every measurement and detail in their description and hoping for the best. The dress arrived quickly and was well packaged. I looked at it on my dresser for 5 days before I was brave enough to try it on...but when I finally did? It was perfect.
Impeccable service! I was interested in buying a dress and as soon as I contacted the store they answered me immediately and said that I would have the dress in 10 days (shipping to Europe). I decided to order the dress and as they said the dress arrived on the scheduled date. The dress is exactly as it is presented on the website and fits perfectly to the body. It's beautiful! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The quality of the dress is awesome! I wasn't expecting to be that good. I bought my wedding dress a while ago in Mexico and thought was going to have problems with the shipping but amazingly everything was on point, received it on time and follow the recommendation about sizing up and fixing it with your local needlewoman, which I did. My wedding will be this month in another country and definitely will recommend everyone this store.
I had a great experience with NewYorkDress. First of all, they saved me money. My local shop was $50 more. They also helped me with ordering the correct size and the color. The dress came sooner than anticipated too!! Would highly recommend.

I received my dress today, I placed my order on 18th of December, it was exactly the same as photo, very good quality and true to the size! Fit is amazing and I’m so happy with purchase
I ordered a purple dress from the site for my 50th birthday celebration I AM IN TEARS!! I reached out to NYD and explained, and they assured me in writing that the dress, size, and color would be shipped. I got a maroon color, which is NOT shown on the website and NOT what I ordered, this is a completely different color. Now, no one is responding, the item arrived yesterday via DHL.
I placed my order on 18/12/2023, (ORDER #504716), after almost 10 days still hasn’t been sent out for delivery and no tracking number and no reply to my email that I sent as soon as I ordered!! I need it for 12 of January and I’m already thinking of finding something else to wear,,, I spent $488
I bought the dress for my mom’s alumni homecoming. So far she likes it and she got a lot of positive praises from her comrades.
My dress was amazing it fit me ver well I got so many compliments
