Ordered over 200 quids worth and everything destroyed because of their awful delivery service but fair play they took it back but still to late for the wife's birthday ruined it
The order was easy to place and received quickly. Weirdly I also received a picture frame with my details that I did not order in a separate box. I will return it to the store when I take back the returns.

Very poor level of customer service. Truly astonished at the lack of accountability and transparency with their customers. I feel misled and essentially bullied by Next Online. My complaint remains unresolved and communication has been very poor overall.
I received a replacement gift card in the post today, having returned an order that was purchased with a gift card. However the updated balance on the new gift card is incorrect and customer services are being very unhelpful! Can anyone from Next please assist with me this issue!?

I have ordered many items for my granddaughter and the sizes are sometimes strange - meaning too big. The level of service is super excellent and the return policy is spot on. Absolutely great.

Everything I ordered all came correct and on time
All ok, until it’s not, then you are treated appallingly, with utter disrespect and contempt. Ordered a house warming gift on Thursday 26th April (I have a next day delivery pass), all went though ok and had confirmation it would be delivered on Friday 27th April. Received notification on the 27th saying there was a problem with the delivery and it would arrive within 1-2 days. With an email it advised that by contacted customer services you could make changes redirect's the package etc. I contacted customer services and said if it would arrive before noon Saturday it would be fine or if not I would like to redirect. I was told they couldn’t advise as to delivery or redirect (not what I had been advised by email) so they could only cancel but it still may arrive and I would have to return it. I asked for order to then be cancelled. On my online account it then reflected this request but continued to get multiple emails advising of delivery, then the online message changed from cancelled to on its way as scheduled! I then raised a compliant a week later about receiving no refund (or package) I then got an email saying they would refund and it will be another up to five days - not apology nothing, just signed off with I trust this closed the matter. Terrible customer service. Considering asking for refund to unlimited deliver as they have failed to deliver what I have paid for.

I am still waiting for the order that was meant to have been delivered on Sunday and that is the only problem I have with Next everything else is always five star but recently the delivery and pick up has wasted a lot of my time and my wife's too
We got a great person delivering our parcel
It was all ok I did not have to wait long for my skirts to arrive . Less then a week . I will be keep one of the two skirts .
