Went into the Chester branch with my partner. Was warmly welcomed by the owner who helped show us around and explored more ideas for myself and my partner. Walked out with more than we intended to buy haha. Felt at ease and my partner was pleasantly surprised at how open the owner was for discussions. Amazing shop When visiting in-store it's an awesome place very friendly atmosphere and staff is super friendly and helpful It's a well stocked place with very competitive pricing compared to other brand shops even compared to Amazon some things are a third of the price here Very well recommended to visit
After visiting in-store, for some product advice, I ordered the reccomended product. The ordering process was very good although I would have appreciated a reminder to use my 10% off voucher (as I forgot to use it). My item arrived well packaged and in good time and was very discreet. After spending some time with the product, learning how it works, I have been very disappointed and it is not as described by the person in-store who was extremely confident that it would meet my needs. It did not meet my needs and I am unable to return this pricy item due to its intimate nature and has obviously been used.
