I just placed my first order (a gift - hasn't arrived yet) but I had to engage with customer services to ensure next day delivery (small tech glitch meant that service was not being offered when it was actually available). Georgia was super friendly and efficient in making sure the order went through as planned. Can't wait to hear the feedback on the cocktails...
Another gorgeous box of cocktails from NIO. Fabulous service as always and wow the new cocktail V-Vanilla is absolutely amazing! I hope it’s staying around as it’s very quickly becoming my new favourite NIO. Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again soon.

I don’t often give reviews but I’m so pleased with these products and how good the customer service is. I’ve bought previously for Christmas table drinks and everyone loved their cocktail. I bought again but the package was damaged during delivery so I sent a few photos and the response was extremely fast and really friendly. Can’t fault the service at all and the cocktails are like nothing I’ve purchased elsewhere. They are exactly what I’d want at a high end bar. The branding and packaging make it the perfect gift. So pleased and I’ll be buying again for myself.
Really lovely cocktails, delivered quick. Little issue with damaged packaging. However this was resolved quickly, great customer service. Our wedding guests really enjoyed them as favours!

Some lovely cocktails but really struggling with the customer service. Unable to change what’s in your subscription box on the website so you have to email in. It would be so nice to be able to see what you’ve got on order and click your choices in and out. Sadly they didn’t update my box as requested (and agreed) in emails and now I have three cocktails I didn’t enjoy again. It takes days between each email and I’ve wasted a lot of time. Sad, as the product was good.
My gift of a cocktail selection box was damaged in transit. I contacted Nio and within 3 days a replacement package had been delivered. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.
Delicious cocktails, fast shipping and excellent customer support. I had a minor issue with my delivery and they took great care of me to successfully resolve things within an hour—thanks again Alex! Would absolutely recommend.
Apart from the cocktails being absolutely top notch, when I experienced a little problem, it was dealt with IMMEDIATELY and generously. Personally, I cannot recommend NIO Cocktails enough. Fabulous product, speedy delivery and amazing customer care.
I ordered two packs of cocktails to be used as raffle prizes at a charity dinner, and on receipt the outer packaging was torn and one of the boxes was damaged. I mentioned this to NIO and Alex immediately sent a replacement box which arrived 3 days later, and the box is perfect. Great service backing an excellent product - definitely the best pre-mixed cocktails out there.
A couple of cocktails got squashed in the post, and the team were quick to respond to my email and send out new ones 🙂 thanks!
What fantastic service. My Nio delivery was stolen from where it was left ( not Nio’s fault) and within minutes of me reporting this they had organised a replacement order and delivery. Thank you Nio (and Alex!) for making it all so easy.
Great customer service: a problem with a damaged package on delivery was dealt with brilliantly - and the whole order was replaced promptly not just the damaged item which was a lovely surprise!

I have absolutely no complaints about this company, had a small problem with the delivery company, they cant seem to read the word Fragile. After a quick email to NIO, I had a reply from Alex within minutes. 5 star customer service was given and another order was on its way to replace the squished ones. The packaging is beautiful for the item. Again THANKYOU for the excellent customer service, this goes a long way to make me a returning customer
