時刻設定の方法など日本語での説明が一切無いため、リュウズを引き上げる手順を誤り壊してしまった。 説明があればこんな結果にならなかったはず。 修理も受け付けないとなると、一度も腕に装着することなくこの時計はゴミになってしまったということ。残念でなりません。
当初サイズ違いの商品が届いた。すぐに無償交換していただいたが、注文時の選択間違いだとすると分かりにくい。

My wife and I both own Nordgreen watches which have developed faults, one arm has fallen off inside the watch and the other has a problem with the winding mechanism. At 3.5 years old and the other just over 3 we would have expected them to last longer. On a plus the customer service were at least responsive but could only offer a discount on new watches. They claim to be a sustainable brand that make watches designed to last. The watches are indeed aesthetically pleasing but our experience of them does not match the company's mission statement.
