We spent months trying to find the right rug for our bedroom, and when we received our sample of the Park rug in Dusty White, we knew we'd found the perfect one. The color brings warmth to our space, and we love that it’s made from natural fibers—the wool is so soft! The experience was seamless from start to finish and delivery was fast.
I queried the price of multiple colour samples (6) for a specific rug - advised the £9 charge of each sample is for sample plus package and posting. However if you order six samples the postage does not need to increase six fold. So you shouldn't be charged £54 for six samples. Many rug sellers do not charge for samples which helps prospective buyers - I would have paid a small charge for samples but not an excessively greedy amount. Having read other Trust Pilot reviews I am glad I didn't place an order - seems you have some quality issues with the rugs. Nordic Knots have since offered 5 free samples but it took a one star review for them to take action. If I receive them and the quality is ok I will edit this review accordingly.
Thank you Nordic Knots and especially to Emme who has been absolutely Amazing from start to finish! We were ordering from the Uk and wasn’t sure at first but it’s very hard to find natural quality rugs with a variety of designs and sizes in the Uk so we came across Nordic online and loved the choices, we opted for two rugs and bought both and then retuned the we decided not to keep, the choice was tough as the quality is amazing and great value for the price too. Customer service over email was extremely quick and after care service was great too, very highly recommend Thank you once again!

Recently ordered the Boho 8' x 11' wool rug which arrived in August 2023. It is not Sept 2023 and it is CONSTANTLY SHEDDING! It has clogged my vacuum cleaner canister over 12 times! My house constantly looks dusty now. I have contacted the company in hopes that they will allow a refund. ADDENDUM: Company reached out, will see if shedding subsides over the next few months. They did offer alternate solutions if it does not improve

I ordered two runners from Nordic Knots. The first one was good and then I received the second one which was crooked, extremely cheap looking with loose knots and threads all over. But the real frustration started when I wanted to return it, they took 1 week to send me the return label and issued the refund 2 weeks after they received the rug and deducted a "restocking fee" for a defective item. They will never get my business again.
Okay, so I am coming back to write a second review on Nordic Knots because it wouldn't be right if I did not. This time I want to share my praise of the company and their value on customer service. Nordic Knots customer service is absolutely fantastic! My first review of the Nordic Knots was of one of their many beautiful rugs. Please note, I have two additional rugs from the company that I love an adore. Within 24 hours of submitting my review here on Trustpilot, I had a kind email in my inbox from Leonora. She kindly provided an explanation on the nature of the rug that was purchased and ensured my concerns were addressed. We emailed back and forth over the next couple of days and found a very, very suitable resolution that I did not expect. I was 100% satisfied in the end. I have NEVER had such a great, easy, friendly, timely and proper resolution from a customer service experience from any other company. In my opinion Nordic Knots is a leader in customer service and a model for all businesses. Thank you Nordic Knots and Leonora!!!

I have three rugs from Nordic Knots, so I'm not an angry customer writing a review. This is an honest opinion on ONE rug and the rating is for ONLY the one rug. I've owned the rug for a year, so it's also not a hastily written review. I purchased the Dunes all wool rug in the Sand Mix color and received it on 3/1/2022. I was IN LOVE with it for the first 2 months, and of course, it's not until after the 30-day return window that one really starts to see how a rug "lives" and works for you. I'm sad to say, I have come to HATE this rug. Crafted with quality and wonderfully soft wool, the problem with the rug is that the wool fibers eventually pilled, pulled and shed in clumps. I have wool dust bunnies EVERYWHERE and the rug itself has long wool fiber clumps all over it all the time waiting to become the next wool bunny. Think of pills you get on a sweater, but giant, long pills on a rug. Very unsightly for a rug. This issue combined with the wool bunnies and shedding has made me come to loath and despise the rug. My family and guests end up with giant wool clumps on their clothes, especially if they sit on the floor. Our socks end up all fuzzy with wool fibers....which is SO gross and SO embarassing. I ordered the 8x10 size, so the rug wasn't cheap- $1,300 plus shipping! I want to get rid of the rug and start over, but I hate the idea of wasting all the money I spent. I'm sure if I went back to Nordic Knots, I would be told this is rare and I must not have followed the care and vacuuming instructions, but I did. To a 'T' in fact because I really wanted this rug to last a lifetime. This is what makes it equally frustrating and why I'm writing this review to warn others. Even with following the care instructions, this will happen to your rug.
This company offers beautiful rugs of high quality that are well crafted. On top of that, their customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The service is great not only when it comes to receiving the products but also in returns, and I find this to be a very important thing in a company. As a whole my experience with this company was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Not only are Nordic Knots rugs gorgeous and beautifully crafted, the customer service is unsurpassed. We received one rug and quickly realized it wasn't right. (It was the Dunes Cream and it was pretty extraordinary... unique and so pretty.) I should have ordered a larger rug. The switch to a larger rug was handled in an amazingly easy and professional way. Everything about this company is first rate.
We first asked a sample as an order through internet for such a purchase is not easy to return if you’re not happy. The rug itself is identical to the sample, you could see it is of good quality. Very correct and swift ordering process. Great quality for a correct price.
