I have given two starts since it’s not another bills full responsibility. I ordered a red skateboard for my son which has sold out now on many of the sites online. I saw it on Boxing Day and purchased it right away. It was due to be delivered today but the postman/woman has attempted to deliver this to a neighbour who I have no communication with. The neighbour has refused delivery and now the skateboard shows as being returned to sender. I called ad ask if a replacement could be sent and I was advised no the red was now out of stock. However they advised they have a green one the could dispatch right away so I chose that option. I popped on live chat since I had not received an email confirming the replacement and was advised how would I wish to proceed I explained the situation and have been met with “sorry no can do” “wait until the item reaches us for a replacement or refund” bearing in mind it is not my responsibility to be chasing ordered that should have been delivered to the correct address. Truly disappointed and on this occasion would rather now have a refund since I have ordered it from elsewhere with next day delivery!
Products (leather airpod cases) were ok but what a terrible company to deal with. When ordering website gave no chance for delivery choice and I got "pick up from West London site", no good to me. Had to go back and forth to get them delivered. Quality was ok but not worth the price so decided to return - instructiosn for return were just "send them back to us". No returns form, not even instructions to include order number etc.
Very poor quality. Personalisation on the luggage tag rubbed off whilst attaching the tag to the suitcase! Expensive and overpriced for such poor quality.
