My last case. I have ordered. On March 29, my order arrived but the product arrived incorrectly, I ordered something else. I issued a refund on March 29th. The courier was supposed to arrive on April 3, but he did not arrive. Your colleagues apologized and asked for a new date, but the courier did not arrive again. Today is April 9th and The refund hasn't been received yet. I wrote 10 emails, but no one answers me. It is very strange! I'm a regular customer! Perhaps you can help me! I also have questions and I will be happy if they are answered!

This is my first time to use Notino, and I was not disappointed. I found their website easy to navigate, their prices were very competitive, and the products were delivered without delay. Also, there were no surprises when the delivery arrived! I would highly recommend using Notino (especially for buying quality aftershave for men!)

I received my package and upon opening and looking through all the products, 2 of the boxes had been previously opened (broken seal). These were expensive products that could’ve been previously used and sent to me as ‘new’. I have also ordered a perfume discovery box with perfume samples and 4 out of 5! Have been previously used. Mind that these are only about 1ml samples as it is! The perfume was visible in the atomiser (when unused it takes couple of presses for the perfume to come through). I will not be recommending this site or using it myself again as it looks like full price products that were opened and used were sent out in my order.
