Amazing products! I’ve used these juices for a 3 day cleanse to jump start weight loss after an health related 1st gain (lost it all) and am now using the 5:2 program to safely loose weight postpartum whilst breastfeeding (otherwise I’d do a juice cleanse again!). So far I’ve lost 1st in 6 weeks and only have 7lbs to go!

I'm enjoying the products, they're tasty and satisfying. Been using nutriseed for 2 months and had no issues. I had a crack in the pot of 1 of my chocolate oats in the most recent order but other than that I've had nothing to complain about - my own poor will power aside 🙃

Such a simple concept made even more simple with their delicious juice and soup options to choose from. Word of warning when choosing the juices, make sure it’s well balanced for you (between soups and juices). On my first order I chose 4 juices and 1 soup and do struggle, personally, with hunger pangs! Could have done with 3 juices and 2 soup balance. However, will be continuing and learning as I go along.

I have been on the Nutriseed 5:2 for a month and half and have lost 8lbs so far which I'm really happy with as don't want to diet on my non fast days. I have been on every diet there is over the years but since hitting menopause cutting back just isnt enough anymore. The juices are really tasty and there are lots of choice. So sticking to the juices for 2 days out of 7 is manageable and the results speak for themselves!!!
There is a wide variety of choice. The packaging is minimal and the juice sizes are perfect.
Great juices, the 5:2 seems to fit my lifestyle and slowly losing weight without changing my lifestyle the other 5 days. Was able to change my next deliver slot without any difficulties. Hope to continue on this nutiseed journey.
Great options for amending delivery dates, skipping deliveries and changing products. Delivery has always been on time and all products perfectly packed to keep them fresh. Easier to stick to that I thought and making good progress!
I did Nutriseed 5:2 in 2023, and lost 12kg/2 stone in just 8 weeks. I found it relatively easy to maintain that for a year, but this year Easter broke me 🙂 and I piled on 5kg! Just 1 and a half weeks in again, and I have dropped 2kg. It won't take long to get to my goal weight and I feel so much better already. If you stick to the plan, be careful/mindful what calories you consume on the 5 days you are not juicing, you will be successful.
My daughter got married in March so in January I decided to commit to 5.2 till the wedding I also had a trip to newyork early March so I was worried I would just gain more weight. I lost well over a stone and got straight back on the 5.2 when I got back from newyork and quickly lost the holiday bloat. It’s easy to do they taste great and if you are a lazy dieter like me it’s easy .
This is a delicious way to lose weight & feel healthier! The juices & other options are very tasty, & very handy to have as a pre-prepared energy source. You can change your plan each time you order, if required. Customer Services is very helpful & the online group is very friendly & supportive. I've seen great results so far.
