Easy to view items on-line, easy to order and prompt delivery
Fast response and fast efficient delivery. We needed a small wardrobe and could only find one the right measurements on your site. The finished wardrobe looks nice. Flatpacks are never easy. The most difficult thing about the Oakworld wardrobe was that we couldn’t easily see what was front and what was back. If each part was marked f and b that would have helped. The metal handles and knobs would have been more attractive if they were oak, matching the top, not metal. The cream colour was good. Altogether, it was what we wanted and not as difficult as some flat packs!

The item (a very large bedroom wardrobe) came on time, and very well packaged, for self-assembly. If you have put together IKEA furniture, this was like a giant version of that. The pictorial assembly instructions were OK, but it would have helped a lot if the parts had identification stickers on them. (I did this myself at the outset, which helped a lot). The assembled item is sturdy and looks good.

I had bought a L shape sofa online. Actually the quality is good, but just I found the seat were not suitable for me. So, I requested a refund on next day. The customer service replied me promptly and requested me to repackage it and took a picture for them. Then the delivery team came to pick back the sofa in 2 week times. Luckily, the sofa located in my new home which I haven't moved in. Otherwise, it would be very uncomfortable to have a packed sofa box in the living room. After they picked back the sofa to warehouse and checked it, the refund was done on the next working day. I appreciated very much the whole process was very smooth and they did their promise for refund, also without charging me for any delivery fee. It really a good company and I also apologize for the any inconvenience caused them.
Bookcase delivered within two days or ordering. Bookcase is lovely.
The coffee table and nest of tables to match were great! Brilliant workmanship, look fab in my conservatory. Delivery was excellent and I was kept up to date with the delay on the coffee table. Would highly recommend your company.
The units were ideal for what we wanted we used the base unit as a floating unit with a little modification. If I can be so bold as to say, maybe oak world could modify tha base unit to do either ie mount on wall as a floating unit as I have done or use it as a floor unit as assembly instructions?? Just a thought the units look fantastic thank you!!
Good quality furniture ,delivered on time
The product was lovely which is why I scored it highly and would buy from Oakworld again. The only thing that let them down was I did not receive any notification to set up a delivery time. I was literally getting ready to go out when it arrived out the blue.

Ordering and delivery were both excellent. The product wasn't as good as I felt the top of the book case could have been made flat to hold an object. All in all a good experience though.
