I came to order my glasses online after my family and I were treated terribly at the Houston galleria store. This was much for easier and didn’t have to deal with rude employees
My 16-year-old son purchased his first name brand pair of sunglasses from Oakley after saving up his money from various jobs. Unfortunately, he only had them for about four hours when they were smashed to pieces because of an accident. After speaking to the protection plan company, he was told this was not part of the plan he purchased. We were able to reach out to Oakley and received a 50% off coupon for a new pair. While we were bewildered, we were still appreciative of the offer. Once my son saved up enough money to purchase a second pair with the coupon he made the purchase. No sooner he did a customer service representative from Oakley contacted him to let him know they would refund his money for the second pair of sunglasses. We were blown away by the generosity and will forever buy our products from Oakley. My son learned a valuable lesson and we are both so very appreciative of Oakley's grace. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Oakley website is very easy to navigate, items are well described, images and sizing chart are accurate. The delivery was very fast for a standard delivery !
Glasses are fine, unfortunately they didn’t come with a cleaning cloth, this is the only pair of shades I’ve bought that didn’t come with one.

Such a shame the quality of the product doesn't extend to their customer service. I ordered a custom set of glasses on the 23/4/24. Had a discount code which was applied to the invoice. But when I hit "place order" on the website the discount code disappeared and I was charged full price. Emailed customer service straight away to try to sort it out ( the phone number on their website doesn't work) and was told they can't issue a partial refund and that I'd have to wait until the glasses arrived before I could send them back to get a refund and then reorder them. I suggested they give me a full refund and then recharge the correct amount. But was told that there was not time as the order had been placed. Funny but my card wasn't charged until the 29/4/24. So 6 days isn't enough time for Oakley to sort it out. After various emails backwards and forwards I'm now on the 5th person, none of whom appear to have read any of the previous emails, who has promised to call me to sort it out. But after 2 days still no call. Shame the glasses arrived yesterday and they are great. But need to send them back and wait for another set before I can send them off to an optician to get a set of Oakley Transition prescription lenses put in them. Seems you can't order custom coloured frame and prescription lenses from Oakley in 1 go despite the fact that they are both put together in the same department.Logic. Whats that?
Item was great - came with a great case which was an extra value - arrived on time and tracked well and payment was straight forward
ITS 2024, I CANT BELIVE YOU CANT SHIP PRESCRIPTION GLASSES TO MEXICO.
I really like the eyewear design. My online experience was easy and very steam line. I ordered sunglasses online and regular oakley prescription eyeglass locally. My online order arived sooner then my local order. I will cotinue to order online. I really do not have any suggestion.

Fast shipping and great products
Was almost impossible to put these socks on my new oakleys. I was in the middle of putting them on and one of them snapped in half. Terrible product….

Why not at least offer a replacement nose piece for the split shots knowing they're time to stay on the shades is limited after mild use. Also the lanyard is starting to rust
Quick shipping and the glasses were exactly as I had customized them. Online specs were very helpful for knowing what size to order. I do wish they had a protective case like previous purchases from Oakley (e.g, Flak Jacket, M-Frame).
