Very disappointed by the lack of customer service from this company. Ordered a rug last September and still not received. Apparently my order has been missed somehow, has been overlooked again and again. No real apologies, just, we’ll be restocking in a month etc and will get out to you as soon as possible… and now we’re 9 MONTHS since ordering and I’m still waiting. I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere in the future.
Dear Sir/Madam Order no 010-3-66840 Product A15367-1-10-1001-10 Following 3 submitted online forms to you in which I received no response, I called your customer service no & after 30 minutes Justina eventually answered & prompted me to set out my complaint in writing, to which i did on the 29th April & as yet have not had a response. I received this order last Tuesday from your Chelsea store but unfortunately 3 of the frames were damaged as below, I since understand that you are now out of stock of this item & am therefore requesting compensation/ refund so I am able to take the frames to a restorer to fix. I have been a loyal past customer but must say I feel that your service thus far leaves a lot to be desired. Yours sincerely Michael Green

It’s great to have an OKA store in Harrogate. All the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. I have visited the store a few times recently and had great customer service each time. Carole helped me choose some cushions for a sofa initially and then this expanded to her helping me choose some key pieces for other rooms. Some of which I wouldn’t necessarily have considered myself but which work brilliantly. Thank you - I’ll be back again soon !

I had 6 chairs delivered from Oka on Monday the 29th April. On Monday the 29th I contacted their customer service department to inform that every one of the chairs had damage on the legs. We are now at the 2rd May and I have still had the courtesy of any contact whatsoever from Oka, only an automated email stating they will be in touch with me. I have to say I am not impressed. This is the first time I have ordered from Oak. I was thinking about placing an order for the conisbrough table but if this is the standard of their service I think I will try somewhere else for a table.
Kevin and Sean were so incredibly lovely and delivered the couch safely through some difficult navigation.

Visited the froxfield store, have to say the service was 1st class, I believe the lady who I spoke to was possibly the manager her name was Carys, very helpful and very informative, will certainly visit again.
Quality is amazing and so many items are handmade and unique. So thrilled with my Coleridge small sofa, Cythera dining table and Lalee chairs!! Delivered today by Josh and Harry who were delightful - polite and articulate, what a breath of fresh air!! Thank you
Richard at Bath Oka made a room design which we were very pleased with and ordered a number of the recommended items. Elliot and Sean were very courteous and careful with delivering the items. We decided to return an item which was too large for the room and they made a return visit to collect despite adding to their journey- so helpful and deserving of 5 ⭐️s.

Ordered an item on 2 March 2024 and at the time, the website said stock would be available in 6 weeks. I called on 18 April chasing delivery and was told that the item was in stock in the warehouse, but they would double-check and get back to me later that day. I heard nothing for a week and a half, so called again today and was told that stock won't be available until 12 June - over three months after I ordered. This is an unacceptable delay and all the worse that no email update was given automatically (and the promise of an update after I called was never followed through). No offer to refund delivery/a discount, etc. This was our first order from Oka and now likely to be our last, unfortunately. EDIT: Oka’s reply says they “reached out with an update”. This is untrue - I only got updates after chasing for them myself. All I got from them was silence.
