Poor Customer Service

I ordered a sculpture from Olivia's on the 13/4 with the promise that it would be delivered in 3/5 days. On the 17/4 I received and email saying that 'my order had not passed their Internal quality checks' which probably means that they did not have any stock. I then received another email on the 21/4 telling me that 'Our Team are currently making all the necessary preparations for your order' that was all that was said nothing about when this sculpture was being sent or when I was supposed to receive it. It is now 10 days later and still no order so I decided that I'd had enough and contacted Olivia's to ask for a refund I received an email back from them with not even an apology and simply told that my request for a refund had been passed to their accounts department. I have never dealt with this company before and I will never deal with them again what a disgraceful way to treat your customers. I would certainly never recommend them to anyone. I have been able to source the sculpture with another company who have already sent me an email confirming a delivery date. *Update* In answer to Olivia's reply I can understand that you would quality check all your items before sending out to the customer what your customer service team did not do was inform me that the sculpture had been damaged in transit and I would receive it later than expected. I had to contact Olivia's to find out what was happening and even then I was not told the truth about what was happening that is not good customer service and not fair to your customer.

Extremely poor service from Olivia’s

Extremely poor service from Olivia’s. We ordered a small coffee table which pictures show it to be a light/grey stone colour. What came was a mid/dark wood coffee table. What was delivered and what is shown on the website is miles apart. We’re being made to pay returns which in this instance is very disappointing as it’s completely their fault. It’s a shame as we’d earmarked quite a few products on the site as we decorate our new house.

Poor customer service

I purchased a mirror which I sent back. Be warned that you need to pay for returns and original postage is deducted from your payment, Therefore I lost £22 in total. No consideration made for the fact that there was slight damage to the mirror,for which I was told there was not. I originally chose the company to give a small company the custom. If I had gone to a bigger store N*** who also sells the mirror it would have had to fork out the return cost. Disappointed

Disappointing Customer Service and significant delay

I recently ordered two lamps on sale from this website. Initially, I was excited about my purchase. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration. The next morning, I received an email stating that the lamps were sold out. Understandably disappointed, I was given two options: a refund or the chance to choose another lamp. I opted for the latter, hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. The delivery has been significantly delayed, and what's more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I never received any updates regarding the delay, and worse still, I wasn't provided with a reference number to track my order. Desperate for information, I called their customer service. They assured me they would investigate and promised to call me back. A day passed, and no call came—even a simple acknowledgment would have sufficed. I emailed them, but still no response. I called again, this time to cancel the delivery and request a refund. Yet, there's been no communication about when I'll receive my money back. Overall, this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, I expect better communication and transparency. I am not sure I will buy on their website again.
