I have just received my tan Doyle crossbody bag and was compelled to write a review. It's my first 'adult' bag since needing a nappy bag for the past 5 years! I love it!! There's enough room for a purse, baby wipes and an emergency nappy/pair of pants for my kids and then some! I was a bit unsure of the strap length but thought I'd buy the bag anyway and could always purchase a longer strap from elsewhere as these types of bags never fit me. I was hopeful when I read the strap length had been increased and... it fits!! As plus size and tall this is the only bag I've tried that fits comfortably on my hip. I can't recommend these highly enough and already planning my next bag colour! Thank you.
Found an old purse which I've had in my wardrobe for years. (I bought it in their Princes Street store in Glasgow about twenty years ago I believe!) So disappointed to see that it's crumbling apart! For comparison, I have other intact non-leather purses of the same age/older from other brands (and they were stored in the same place).
Just received my fuchsia camera bag. Was disappointed when the orange one was out of stock but this superbly compensates for it. I'm recovering from a broken hip so this bag meets all my needs. Thank you for the very quick delivery too! Pat Rudkins

Bought a crossbody bag in the sale. It is such good quality and the strap can be really long which is what I need. Will be purchasing a purse.
I bought a bag for my wife which se loves. Unfortunately the zip broke after just a couple of days, I contacted Ollie & Nic and quickly got a response back saying I could return the bag for either a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement which arrived very quickly. This is great customer service and my wife is really happy with her new bag.
I brought a bag strap, very reasonable price so was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Fast delivery with good tracking using Shop app. Had questions after regarding other straps, very helpful, will be othering more!!
Had previously bought a gorgeous bag from this company so decided to try the clothes. Purchased 2 dresses and 2 jumpers in the sale. Was asked for and left honest reviews which were not published. The stitching and finishing of the dresses was the worst I have ever seen. Gathered up along seams cut edges sticking through seams. Loose wonky stitching. Truly awful. The 2 stars are because they only publish positive reviews. Beware.
I always buy bags from Ollie & Nic online. Great quality products and excellent customer service. Any issues (which is rarely) they have dealt with them swiftly - can't fault them.
Would shop here again. Was looking for a large crossbody bag and found the perfect size with O & N. The delivery was smooth and returning was simple. I would shop here again as the quality is great and have had no problems with my purchase.

Very poor quality jumpsuit. The dye ran badly when washing on to other clothes and the material stretched awfully when worn.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS THAT IS WHAT I WOULD PUT FOR OLLIE AND NIC!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DAUGHTER USED BACKPACK APPROX 15 TIMES AND ZIP BURST...ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT WILLING TO OFFER ANY SUPPORT OR SOLUTION AS IT WAS A GIFT AND NO RECEIPT. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
