I needed some replacement poles for a caravan awning that they sell. They had them in stock and they were shipped to me the next day. David and Eoin provided a great service, helping me to choose some other products too. Even though they were very busy, they took time to find what I needed and to help me choose. I purchadsed a marquee some weeks ago. It was 700 euro reduced to 550. When my son and myself went to put it up some material around the eyes tore and the velcro strips on the uprights came away altogether. I emailed O Mearas after this happened but e er re eived an acknowledgement or a reply. I'm not a happy customer and would not encourage anyone to do business with them.
