TERRIBLE customer experience. Avoid if you can. We have ordered our garden shed about a month ago, still haven't been able to build it... We received parts in a very random way, all parts separated. One piece was broken, and we have a few missing other parts. I advised the company about a week ago and they blame it on the manufacturer who has been supposed to get in touch with me for 5 days now... I haven't heard anything obviously. It's outrageous. I have no storage capacity for all those parts, that are taking the whole space in my home, and I have a small toddler who isn't able to be let free as it's dangerous with all those parts around. I'm heavily pregnant, about to give birth so REALLY don't want to have to deal with this right now... Please also note that all wood needs treating as well, so there are extra costs on top of what you pay. This shed was supposed to be something nice and helpful, we paid a large sum of money for it. It's been a huge disappointment so far. I wish we had bought something else, from someone else. We may already have a shed (that is very much needed, hence the purchase) in our garden by now, instead of being surrounded by wood in the middle of our home, that we cannot use.

I recently bought two Cambridge planters in the sale, delivery was free and I was able to track delivery. Good communication throughout and the two drivers delivered to my chosen area in the garden. Simple to assemble by myself as all holes pre drilled. Planters very sturdy and will look very attractive once planted.

I brought a playhouse from OneGarden. There were several parts that were the wrong size than those specified in the instruction manual. The delivery was late on a Friday and when I contacted them about the error they eventually denied all fault. They washed their hands at sorting out the wrong parts, denied all liability and were rude and unprofessional to deal with. Blamed the manufacture ( which i do understand) but equally we brought the house from them so they should help sort it out. We had photo proof of the issues and still they denied all responsibility. It was a shame as the playhouse was nice but we had to source the correct parts ourselves and it ruined the experience/ meant it was very expensive overall. In the end they offered a 5% refund but it felt like a kick in the teeth. I wouldn’t recommend buying big items from them for this reason just in case there was an issue with it.
Yes quick enough to take your order and money but seem to not take responsibility when you have damaged parts they send you to the makers which of course is shire buildings and trying to get replacement parts is a long waiting game so purchase extra wood or if your taking your old shed summerhouse down keep any wood that’s usable because if you can fix the damaged parts then do it yourself as it’s weeks and weeks. And they also say that they don’t take any responsibility for the replacement parts you go through them but they just send you too the manufacturer 😱 shire garden buildings and the parts team well they are so slow and😴 but the customer support try and they reply. And if they offer as a good will gesture a planter because that’s all your get there great for firewood. Do your research or by word of mouth before purchasing. It may all be made at the same place but to whom you purchase from knowing you’ve got there full backing and they will try to rectify your issues as to me it’s the companies responsibility as you purchased from them not the manufacturer. So buy with caution pay by credit card then you have extra support.
Great service, kept me upto date every step of the way. I picked my delivery to be a bit further away to give me time to prep the area but I could have had it the following week.
Fantastic service, ordered a new shed, regular delivery updates with scheduled slot time kept to. Item well packaged in 2 boxes and delivered with care to my specified location (garage). Fantastic product at a great price with unbeatable service. What's not to like. Well done One Garden, highly recommended. Will certainly use again.

Delivery in time. Product excellent. Price good. I’ve had one of these arches for at least seven years and it’s still going strong. It’s heavy enough that I’ve not had to secure it to the ground. So I’ve purchased another for another part of the garden.

The items are of very good quality & the delivery process was efficient & straightforward. I have bought items from OneGarden on two occasions now, and will definitely use them again. I had a minor issue with some missing screws with one of my purchases, but Customer Services were quick to respond & sent me some replacements the next day. A very good experience from start to finish. If you are looking for garden furniture etc, you cannot go wrong here!

We ordered the shed online which was a smooth process in itself,product discription was accurate to the letter in relation to the delivered shed. Overall it took myself and my son about 5 hours to put up the shed and it's one of the sturdest sheds I've had. I would highly recommend this product however it's definitely a two person job.
Well made, easy to assemble. Exactly what we wanted. Delivered on Time by a friendly helpful driver. Would definitely recommend this company, I will definitely be using One Garden again.
