It would have been five stars but. Ordering what I needed as a guest was great but not being able to log in to your system was a bit of a letdown, it either did not recognise my email address or my password I tried your temporary password but it did not recognise this either

Ordering was quick and easy, time for delivery was great, only thing not good was finding my parcel when it was delivered, it never came to my house ,tried to find it, eventually someone living a mile away, brought it to me, witch was very nice of her. yodel was the delivery company,who I have had this trouble with before, they do not read the address properly. Evri are the best, have no trouble at all, always on time , and find the address on the package.i give 5 stars to the shop I bought from, and 0 stars for yodel..

Ordered a pram bundle 31 Jan- half items despatched- had to contact for remaining items and was given date 26th April, when nothing arrived was told 21st June - baby is due 10th June. I was offered an alternative and had to pay an extra £10 . This has now disappeared from my doorstep so waiting for a reply. At no point did the company contact me - I had to keep chasing them for updates. In one email I corrected their spelling of my name and they sent a rude email back. This company is so unprofessional- DO NOT bother with this company- horrible experience.

Haven't received the product yet. Yodel are retaining the car seat I purchased to do a "security check". Not sure when I will even receive the item. Not sure I even want the item now due to the fact its going to be touched by however many people and could most definitely be tampered with. I don't expect this when buying a product for a baby.
