I really appreciate the fast and thorough customer service. I was corresponded with over email and assisted with a pertaining issue to my shoe size. Onlymaker did not just help me rectify the issue, they assisted me in understanding how to properly size my foot to their shoes. I have ordered quite a few pairs of Onlymaker heels over the past few years, and I'm always delighted by the style and fit when they arrive. Recently I ordered a new stylish pair of purple platform pumps, and in my excitement to order them I accidentally forgot to select the proper size (12) , and so my order came through for a size 5. The fine folks in customer service caught my error, and emailed me to confirm right away. I'm so grateful they did that and gave me the chance to update the order to the proper size. That is top notch customer service right there! I'm so excited for the size 12 purple pumps to arrive.
This is my 5th purchase on onlymakers, and I can approve an excellent quality both in products and in service. The onlymakers team takes care very individually. E. g. I have ordered a wrong size (US5 instead of US14), and they registered that in a semantic understanding, as I have ordered only US14 up to now. I appreciate that so much that I cannot say something else than I will be a lot of shoes there in the future.

I received a pair of boots that didn't fit and were hurting my feet. I have been dealing with trying to get a refund for ages. I took photos of the boots sent them in...paid for them to be returned. They have had them since April 9th and it's now the 23rd and I still don't have a refund. When I contact customer service I am told to send photos of the boots. It's like no one there knows what they are doing. Deplorable
First off the selection of shoes and the range of sizes but. On top of that I placed an order and realized I didn’t put the correct items in my cart. After I paid and noticed. I emailed them to let them know I needed to cancel the order and explained why. They canceled it within 3 hours no questions asked

I ordered from here often and had the wrong address and it was updated and I received a response in a great timely manner.
This is the only company with quality size 15 heels and reasonable shipping prices to Canada. They’re sturdy and strong, which is rare when buying such a large size, plus they look great! The cancellation policy is great too, especially if you’ve ordered the wrong size. Customer service as always responded within a day.

Prices and customer service are excellent. The selection of products are great also. The color selection is really good but would Love to see more in Fluorescent Hot Pink and Fluorescent Green. They will custom make your order to your specified size.
2 paar Schuhe bestellt, Geld per Paypal bezahlt. Keine Versandbenachrichtung bekommen auch keine Ware bekommen. Verkäufer antwortet nicht. Über Paypal das Geld zurück gefordert, jetzt antwortet Verkäufer, per paypal dass sie die Ware gesendet haben, sie aber wieder zurück gegangen (habe keine Nachricht erhalten). Verkäufer sagt, waren wird erneuert versendet bekomme Trackingnummer. Ware wurde aber an eine ganzen andere Adresse gesendet bzw. die Trackingnummer kann nicht meine gewesen. Was für dre... Bude.
I love only maker most if not all of my heels come from them. Only thing I don’t like is the wait time. The customer service is grade A, quality shoes and they’re consistently adding new shoes to the site!
