* You spend ages looking at wheels. * Doing mockups and comparing them all. * You place the order for wheels you have set your heart * You start getting excited. * You then get an email saying "Those wheels are not compatible with your vehicle. They are designed for a BMW. * Customer service then say that the website configurator does not guarantee a vehicle match. They do that after you have paid them cash. Recommendations: * Website needs to clearly state "This Configurator does not guarantee the wheels shown will match you vehicle." * Payment should not be taken until rims are confirmed to fit vehicle. Here is what the website says about the configurator The configurator for selecting steel or alloy wheels for your car is very simple to use. Select the make, model, body type, generation (year of production) and engine capacity of your car from the list. Our system will then instantly provide you with an offer for the right rims for your vehicle. You can also compare different models and decide on the one that meets your requirements. With the huge selection, you are sure to find the right rims for you. AS YOU CAN SEE, IT SAYS "Our system will then instantly provide you with an offer for the right rims for your vehicle." THIS IS MISLEADING, IT DOES NOT PRESENT AN OFFER WITH THE RIGHT RIMS FOR YOUR VECHILE. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDED AND SAYS IT SAYS ON THEIR SITE: "Once we have received your order, we check that you have selected the correct rim size for your vehicle. If you do not select a car before ordering the product, our consultant will call you and ask about the vehicle model. We will process your order quicker if you select a vehicle before making a purchase. Select your vehicle now or order your wheels and await our call." The configurator is a waste of time giving false and inaccurate information. If you are investing in a set of dream wheels for you vehicle. proceed with caution.

The ordering procedure is straight forward. I was informed then when the goods were shipped, later when delivered. Shipping is free above a certain price, which is good. Prices are also very good, only the actual arrival of the goods is slightly slower compared to others. But not much longer. I have no issues with this by considering the pros. It is a super extra that you can request delivery directly to the tyre centre you want to work with! Brilliant idea. Thank you!

When ordering online im always vwry conscious of a bad service, especially when spending alot of money on Tyres. Even though i was anxious I decided to give Oponeo a try with 4 New Toyo 255 85 R16 tyres. I have to say thr service was unbelievable, especially with having tracking numbers so i could follow the whole process. The tyres arrived and were 100% exactly what i ordered. Its so odd so say....but ive ZERO complaints so a 5 star review was well warranted. Next time i need tyres ill be straight back to Oponeo. Delivered the tyres I needed relatively quickly. Free delivery. They had the tyres I wanted, at a competitive price, while my local tyre shop couldn't get them from their suppliers for two months. So, this was a cool website to order from.
