I ordered a Nordic Knots rug from OPUMO. The rug arrived damaged from the shipping company. Every step of the way Gabrielle at OPUMO and Nordic Knots were superb in their customer service...exceeding all expectations. Even though our order did not work out, i was blown away by this experience. The personalized follow-up every step of the way was outstanding. I would not hesitate to order from either company in the future.
Most certainly will be coming back here to get other goodies...ordered some sofas and the service from Ahmed and Nick was friendly, efficient leaving very satisfied customers. Thanking you kindly Opumo!
A really positive experience. I bought an item but chose to return it and found the contact team really helpful and the process straight forward. As the item had to be returned to manufacturer and would take time to refund, they offered to help with the upgrade I wanted to solve the cash flow issue. When the manufacturer was late in refunding, they stepped in. Dealt with the same person each time who was quick to reply and really helpful
Love the stuff on Opumo but found the website really clunky. Living in Singapore, I kept getting logged out and redirect constantly. Just tried to visit the site after a month or so only to be directed to a page that says 'excess denied'. A real shame that the site experience isn't as clean as the cool items they curate.

Unfortunately, I've had no luck reaching anyone at this company. Just posted an honest review as Opumo has not refunded $510 of my money - Order# OP200208675. I requested a refund SAME DAY (within minutes) because I did not get an email/ invoice confirmation of the transaction. I am very disappointed and have opened up an investigation wit my credit card company to resolve. Hopefully, I get refunded soon as it's been 4 days already. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.
Opumo's customer service is second to none. When my order for a pair of trainers were unfortunately out of stock, they went the extra mile. The only other pair I liked were £20 more expensive. When I asked how I should pay the difference, they said not to worry, and hooked it up as a good will gesture! Thanks opumo!

The customer service at Opumo was excellent! I did end up having a refund due to the failings of one of their suppliers, but this was no reflection on the excellent service I received with Opumo. They were courteous and very helpful every step of the way and quick to answer emails! Thankyou for that!

Just a quick note to commend an employee I had the pleasure of speaking with quite recently. With a number of weddings coming up next year I've been desperately looking for a nice outfit as there will be many people attending whom I havn't seen in some time and am keen to impress! Not only did Ahmed assist me; he inquired as to where the weddings would be (one is in Spain) , what date they were to ensure the outfit was seasonal and even gave multiple options and styles. I originally intended for the one suit for all but have been so spoilt for choice have decided to branch out of my comfort zone and opt for a few trendier numbers! He was kind and professional and I really felt he went above and beyond the call of duty. Now if he could only help me in finding a date! But I think even Ahmed might struggle with that one...

There're some problems when becoming a OPUMO member when selecting the wrong region. However, the OPUMO customer service team responded promptly and resolved my problems very soon. This made OPUMO deserved the 5 stars rating! Especially thanks for the help from Ahmed and Laura.
