All items on website give the illusion as being in stock. At no stage through my order and order confirmation was I told the item would take 6 weeks minimum. They need tplo update the website to show items avaislbeout of stock etc

Received LATE a WRONG item, more than 3 WEEKS to answer my mail, and the answer is asking me to send a picture of what I've been sent to know what the problem is!!! The problem is you have no idea what you sell on your website and what you send!! I shouldn't have to justify you've sent me the wrong thing (you display a spray on your website and send a spray-less product), you should know what you send! I thought the website was a scam, but it looks like it's just run by a bunch of tools I take the money loss for the wrong product for myself, not having to talk to you again is priceless UPDATE: Orchard equestrian answers my review... 1 month after... makes you understand how fast they are... Priceless again: They send the wrong product BUT it's my fault since i don't wanna send a picture! YOU made a mistake and it's up to ME to take on the hassle to chase you and take a picture? You show a spray on your website and need proof I've received a Wash on? Confims you have no idea what you sell and send. Thanks for confirming you're amateurs. And bad ones. Again, you're brainless crooks. I won't send a picture coz I don't wanna hear about you again.
