Such amazing quality! Fast delivery and pieces are exactly as the website showed. My new gold rings are worn every day and perfect.
Impossible to get hold of customer service! The earrings came and are so small they won’t go through the piercing, they are fur 2nd and 3rd hole which I’ve tried and doesn’t go through either, website says they are 8mm diameter but they are 5mm. I’ve sent 2 emails and get questions which I respond to it’s then days later and another question but still no resolution. I have tried to call can’t get through, sent 2 emails only 1 responded to and sent an enquiry on website and nothing! This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
I have always bought my jewellery from here. Affordable and great quality gold plated!
Orelia’s website was super easy to use, I ordered two things. One waterproof necklace for my boyfriend and one necklace for me which both look of brilliant quality!
I’m disappointed with quality of gold plated earrings and 2 necklaces and with response from Orelia to this opinion. I was gifted necklaces and earrings set for Christmas and they were amazing until they weren’t. 3 months later the golden colour is completely faded. Earrings look like 2-tone shade silver to gold, where gold has almost disappeared entirely. Prices aren’t too high but I guess that’s what you pay for - quality for a while. Lesson learnt - better pay more for quality material than pay twice for fading gold jewellery from Orelia. PS. Not great approach to a client, CS. I didn't mention anything about water originally because there was no exposure to water whatsoever. The items were worn very occasionally (max twice a week for work only) and I'm sure I did not shower in none, like you suggested. There should be an information on your website under low quality products that fading is expected after several months of use. Then I have nothing to say here. I pointed at you for quality on certain products which may not be a case for all range of course but unfortunately for some it is. And you blame me for doing something I didn't. Face the music, please.

I bought what I thought was three sets of earrings, turns out it was just three earrings and not three sets, very misleading ! Who would even buy three lone earrings ? Has now cost me double as I have had to order another three

Absolutely stunning and timeless jewellery pieces! I chose the mini knot chain necklace and the mini tapered hoop earrings. They are such good quality and a great price point. I've just received my items, super fast, beautifully presented and safely delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48. All three items are things of beauty at a reasonable price. They're all intended as gifts but I am so tempted to keep them all. I must be disciplined. But well done Oriela. What an amazing find.
