Poor experience - Order cancelled without communication
I purchased a tie on the website, without realizing the shop app would default the address to an old address I'd previously used. After realizing that, I emailed the customer support team and asked for the incorrect order to be cancelled. I made another order to the correct address at the same time for the same item. 24 hours later the support team got back to me, and cancelled the order which I appreciated. 5 days later, after I had assumed my order to the correct address had shipped I got an email that the order had been cancelled. I hadn't requested that the order be cancelled, but that explains why it hadn't shipped yet. The only positive was that the support team cancelled my order to the incorrect address, but since the integration with the Shop app in my opinion was the cause, that is sort of neutral for me. 1. Poor integration with shop app 2. Forced to use shop, which forces you to download an mobile app rather than offering a web based app for whatever reason. 3. Order that I wanted cancelled without my request or any communication. So overall, the only positive I would have had was the product, because it looked cool, but I didn't receive that. Neutral on the customer support, because I was only forced to use them because of the not great shop app. Would have given 0 stars if I could, only because I couldn't find any positives in this experience.
