Perfect mattress

I got my mattress delivered and put in place smoothly and nicely. It’s one of the best mattress I had so far. Very comfortable and no more back pain for me. Great product . Highly recommended. Also customer service is terrific. There was a hiccup with the delivery company, and I called them. Very nice woman pick up the phone and solved my problem in no time. Well done all of you

Still going strong!

We first bought our Otty original back in April 2017 after thoroughly researching the market for a decent mattress. I can honestly say it was the best decision we’ve ever made and our mattress is still going strong to this day (approx 7 years later). When the time comes to replace our mattress we wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!

Fabulous mattress

Fabulous mattress! Ordered and recieved within a week, and we have slept so well since receiving it. We hesitated for so long as so many mattresses result in me having a very stiff back and sore hips, but our Otty Hybrid mattress has been blissful!

No mattress, poor communication

We ordered a mattress to be delivered on the day we moved into our house on the company's word that it would be delivered on that day. We had a delivery window of 15:00-17:00 and called the delivery company, who were responsible for delivering our mattress, just after 17:00. They assured us that they were running 2 hours behind, that the mattress would be delivered that night and if anything were to change, they would contact us. No mattress, no contact. By the time it was obvious they weren't coming, it was too late to sort out an air mattress. When we called the next day, they said they stopped delivering at the point of our conversation. Things happen, and we get it, but it was the dishonesty and lack of communication that really upsets me. We called 6 times that day, each time they told us they were waiting on information on where the mattress was, and they would would call us back - they never did. We also contacted Otty who had only online hours. No response. I emailed Otty. No response. We're moving from overseas, and I'm pregnant... They have made our transition difficult. They need to understand that the lack communication has meant that I spent the evening building a little nest out of clothing to try to sleep on. We decided not to wait for them to find the missing mattress and cancelled the order even before seeing it. To be honest, they didn't actually try to keep our business, so we will be heading to a real shop instead. Dear Otty, When we spoke to your representative they did not offer us any kind of discount. It needs to be noted that you've only offered a 'discount' on a review that has been posted. No, I don't think it's appropriate that we stick with your company. We can spend the same 600+ pounds and get something that shows up on time. Next, people work. They can't just keep taking days off in hopes that you will meet a basic expectation. You said we can nominate a day if we order by a deadline, we did. If there was an emergency, that should have been communicated - that day. Not days later. Also, the delivery company had no idea where the mattress was because they used an outside agency - which they lost track of. They kept saying they'd call us back within a time frame and didn't. You had online hours and didn't respond. Maybe you should consider taking the online hours off of your website and not offer a Saturday deliver. It's far better to under promise and over deliver... Or in this case just deliver. Response to Update: Dear Otty, I recognise that you are now trying to save face online, but Jacob didn't try. He didn't ask for us to wait another day. He didn't say are you happy to wait until tomorrow. He only apologised at the end of the conversation and at no point did he say 'is there anything we can do to make up for the situation'. This is a basic business response when a company under preforms. Again, maybe you should take off the online hours off of your website. This implies that you do work on a Saturday.

Topper with wrinkles

I purchased a topper to put on top of my OTTY mattress. I find the topper comfortable but it never fully flattened onto the bed even though I followed the instructions as set out on your leaflet. I find it disappointing to look at a wrinkly bed!

UPDATE If you are looking for a bed time ead and enjoy fantasy. Please read Otty's response. Enough is enough. Today i lodged court papers so i am limited as to what i can say. I will update all once court case is over. Then you can decide for yourself. In the meantime. I would think long and hard before purchasing anything from Otty. I first contacted Otty in July 2023 about a fault that had developed in my double matteress. Initially they seemed helpful. But were actually just paying me lip service. When i let everyone on Trust Pilot know about my experience. Guss what. OTTY tried to get it removed. Why ? They don't want people knowing the true facts. They are now at the stage of mocking customers. Laughing at me when i say i will take them to to the small claims court.. Or laughing at my suggestion i would contact consumer shows on BBC and ITV. What sort of organisation or company behaves like this with their customers ? Especially when the fault is with their product. ??? The man who calls himself a director and co founder, thinks it's ok to belittle people. I have kept copies of all emails and correspondence as proof. Because they will now tell a pack of lies. As always. This should have been a straight forward case. They have complete disregard for YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS. They will not honour theie gauruntee. They make up their own rules. Apparently in their words " they decidewho they refund or help. Not the UK LAW ??? So please be aware. You only truly know how good a company is when something goes wrong ! I must say. They did offer a small refund, but insisted i had to return my matteress first ? Wow, the arrogance. This is not how Consumer Rights act 2015 works. The key points here are as follows: ------------------------------------------------------------- It is usually reasonable to first request a repair or replacement; any repair or replacement should be provided free of charge, within a reasonable time, and not cause a significant inconvenience. You only need to give the trader one chance to provide a repair or replacement. You can then move on to the next possible solution if the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, or one of the following apply: It cannot be provided free of charge It cannot be provided within a reasonable time This would cause you significant inconvenience The next solution would be to either reject the goods for a full refund, or request a price reduction. A price reduction would include keeping the goods and seeking a partial refund, the amount would need to be negotiated between you and the trader. ------------------------------------------------------------- None of this matters to Otty. Once they have your money. You are no longer of any use to them. Customer care and customer service are none existent. I would think very carefully if i were you before you part with your hard earned cash. The next stage for me is small claims court. Why should any customer have to go through this much hassle and stress ???????????? Because OTTY simply don't care.

You arranged my delivery exactly when I wanted it and it arrived on time and I was kept informed all the way. We brought a mattress a little while ago and it's Fantastic. We ordered this one to take to our home in France and we are there now enjoying a great night's sleep.

Good price for the top of the range…

Good price for the top of the range mattress, bundles fairly priced also. Mattress is as stated although not as Firm as anticipated, but that's personal preference only, which is why I didn't give 5 stars.
