DO NOT do business with these people. I ordered, and they readily agreed to make, diamond stud earrings in an invisible setting that would take three weeks. I paid them $4000 up front (my mistake). That was almost three months ago. They have since stated they can’t actually make them according to the computer-aided design they provided to me. They refused to refund my money and continue to try to sell me something else (that I do not want) - differently set studs that look terrible or in the alternative loose, lab-created diamonds that I’m then supposed to figure out what to do with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.
My second order with Ouros Jewels and fantastic service yet again! They keep you updated with every step and confirm that you are happy with your order before sending. Very fast and reliable. Will definitely use Ouros Jewels again!

We purchased a very unique style loose diamond stone. Everything from the communication, to the shipping process, to the stone itself was absolutely a 5 star process. Would not hesitate to work with this company again. We were communicated with on an almost daily basis through the whole process. The shipping from India to Wisconsin, US was very fast. The precautions taken to protect the stone from damage and theft were also top notch. Very happy with the whole process.

I have not received my order as of today 2/1/24. Received a notice of shipment over 10 days ago but nothing has been received.
This was my second time working with Ouros, specifically with Dhruv and it's been great. The first time I changed my mind about the stone Shape on my custom design so decided to put that on hold. Dhruv was very understanding and patient throughout the process. A few months later I then decided to customize a standard setting they carry, and was very specific about the type of diamond and size I wanted. Again Dhruv was very patient and gave me many stone options until I decided on one. I look forward to working with him again on my custom engagement ring once I decide on the stone shape!
still have not recieved earrings.On 1-5-2024 I called their Texas number and the guy sounded very out of it and he said he will call me back when he gets an update!! They dont tell me who is delivering them, nor a tracking number.i think im being scammed

I’ve ended up with lab grown diamond earrings , that are of great quality, with an independent certification of their quality ,for 70% of the cost else were. I totally recommend this company.
