Simply the best products and customer service I’ve ever experienced. During a return of a product that was merely the wrong size, the team contacted me immediately and rectified the situation. Amazing people and levels of professionalism I’ve never experienced. I will always use them.
Shocking service or lack of,I did not get a jacket paid for and i am now having to contact my bank for a chargeback.I also paid 8.99 for next day delivery for something i did not get.They made me feel like i was lying.
Good website which is easy to navigate. I went to Outdoor and Country for Barbour items which I couldn’t find on Barbour’s own website.

I ordered a jacket for my son that unfortunately didn't fit. So we made an exchange and there's where it gets tricky! As we ordered the item from France, we had to pay the taxes (normal) and returned the item for an exchange. As outdoor et country didn't take into account that it was an exchange, I have to pay the taxes a second time..... No client support at all, made tones of emails and phone calls but no one seems to be helpful! I am truly dissapointed and claim a full refund!
I bought some fantastic Le Chameau wellies for my wife, but one of the press studs came off and was lost. Outdoor and Country were fantastic every step of the way, and sourced an identical replacement pair under guarantee. They were particularly good at keeping me informed about what was happening, their customer service team were fast, efficient and friendly throughout. I have ordered from here three times now and am very pleased with the service. There was a sizing issue with my last order (not their fault) and I was not looking forward to going through a returns process. I should not have worried - the return could not have been easier and was much quicker than I expected. I will feel even more comfortable about ordering in the future.
CAUTION! When placing an order, be careful whether your goods will be shipped from the EU. Unfortunately, the company does not inform you when placing the order and paying that in addition to the payment for the goods, after receiving the goods, you will also pay VAT, in my case £55, which in fact makes the purchase of the item unprofitable. You can read VAT information in a separate footer under the title Delivery, not when placing the order. I consider this practice to be misleading to the consumer, and I consider it unfair because the buyer sometimes does not know where the goods come from. I will not use your services again.

I purchased a Barbour jacket but it was too big. I returned it for a smaller size. The returns process couldn’t have been simpler and it was so refreshing for a company to allow an exchange instead of a refund and second purchase! I have purchased from them before and would highly recommend!!

Ordered an item on 15/1/24on express next day delivery and still waiting for item. Emailed them on 17/1/24 and they said item had only been passed to Royal Mail that day and would refund the delivery charge (which they did) and keep me informed. I have received no further contact or update despite sending 2 emails since. Can only think they charge for express delivery and send standard. Makes me wonder how many times this may have happened and customers haven’t noticed. Perhaps this review might now make them give me a courtesy of a reply!

I ordered a click and collect and due to logistical issues it didn’t arrive at the Chester store on the day. Between the store and customer service they had my parcel redelivered to my home address in a couple of days and I was kept fully updated via email. Great service recovery and this is why I’ll always use Outdoor & Country
Such amazing charming helpful service - I bought some Ariat Coniston boots which were great but unfortunately had to be returned as they were the wrong foot shape for me. Couldn't be more pleased with the way the return was handled - I'll certainly use this company again .
