I left my glasses in a hotel on a trip and wasn't able to get them back, so I ordered a pair of glasses on overnightglasses.com. I placed the order at 12 noon on Wednesday and they sent me notice that they were complete and on their way to me by 7pm that night. They arrived in the afternoon of Thursday (the next day), and I realized that I mistyped my prescription. This was 100% my fault, and I figured I was going to be on the hook for the cost of the glasses, but I contacted support to make sure. Within an hour, I got a reply from Paul and he sent me a return label and told me to place a new order with the correct prescription and they would take care of it. It was after the cutoff time of 12pm PT, so he told me that the second pair might not arrive the next day (Friday), but I placed the order anyway and sent back the first pair of glasses. That evening I got an email saying that the second pair were shipping and would arrive the next day, and they did! After the returned pair arrived at Overnight Glasses HQ, they refunded my original order in full. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted for the exact price I wanted to pay, and the only cause for complaint (wrong prescription) was 100% my fault. I can't commend Paul and the Overnight Glasses team enough for doing everything they could to solve my issues and make me happy, even surpassing their own policies on the speed of processing/shipping the replacement glasses! I absolutely could not have asked for any better service. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with this company. My young son got his first eyeglass prescription and I wanted glasses right away while we waited for the ones we ordered in person with his optometrist. The frames are great quality and lenses are accurate. My son even had an RX change as well as a frame change because one of the frames was too large for him. The team at Overnight glasses were so accommodating and we had a quick turnaround even with the RX and frame change. Thank you!

They delivered my first pair very quickly. I was impressed so I purchased a 2nd pair for mainly computer usage. I added transitions to them, and they were kind enough to let me know that the transitions would not make sense for computer glasses. After my approval, they removed the transitions and refunded me the difference. Great overall experience.

This review does not justify the quality, attention to detail and service I received from this company. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family. I originally lost my glasses while on vacation and needed new ones delivered the next day when I arrived home. The entire process from start to finish flourished with amazing customer service. Every step of the way I would receive emails regarding the ETA of my purchase, if there was any delays and updated information about my package. I am very very blind, so having the security that I knew when exactly I was gonna receive my purchase and the overall customer support I received was very refreshing. Highly recommend this company to everyone who needs glasses ASAP and who doesn’t want to deal with guessing the whereabouts.
I ordered their glasses a couple years ago. Found used frames I loved online elsewhere (an out-of-date style I couldn't get new). I sent in my own frames and they added progressive lenses to my frames. They are my best pair of glasses now; I see perfectly with them. I really appreciated that I could use frames I already had. Can't remember exactly, but I think the order process was fairly easy, and they arrived in the time promised. They even updated the screws and nose pads in the old frames I sent them (& returned the old lenses back to me.) Very professional. I would use them again. I tried to write a review before but I guess it didn't go through so I'm trying again. I use the glasses daily so I'm dating it today.
Got my glasses back with the new lenses and they were perfect. My old frames were in great shape so replacing the lenses was definitely the way to go and Overnight Glasses was by far the best option.
In less than a week I logged onto the website, input the results of my eye exam, mailed my old frames and got my new lens into the old frame from Overnight Glasses. Love the speedy work, quality effort and the price. I would not hesitate to use Overnight Glasses again.

ordered glasses. company stated guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before a certain time, which i did. now i got their standard form apology email estimating delivery in 6 days. buyer beware. they are bait and switch scammers. Update. The glasses showed up only 1 day late, they used the wrong lens material, seems to be no anti-glare coating, they put more transition tint than I ordered, and if there's an anti-smudge coating on it, it doesn't work. Don't expect much if you order from them. Update number 2. The company e-mailed me. Offered to send a new pair made correctly, as long as I agreed to remove or change my review first. Nothing like a little quid pro quo strong arm tactic to round out an "interesting" experience.
Our daughter lost her eyeglasses the week before our ski trip. She was overdue for an eye checkup, so we went to our optometrist on Friday for a checkup, yet they said there was no way to get the replacement pair in as quickly as the following Thursday and suggested that we might need to go the mall as our only quick option (this did not excite me). Enter a quick search for fast eyeglasses, found overnight glasses and their great selection! We ordered them on a Saturday evening, they cut them on Sunday morning, shipped them out on Monday, and we received them on Wednesday around lunch, and with plenty of time to spare, we headed out for our ski trip on Friday morning. Our daughter loves her glasses and we as parents were thrilled with the service and selection!
Order date: 2/12/2024 I ordered glasses overnight for my son who had gotten pink eye and couldn't wear his contacts. His old glasses were way out of effective range. Overnight glasses were easy to order, quick to deliver, extremely reasonably priced and were delivered on time and a perfect fit and prescription. This will definitely be my go to company for any eye glasses
Paid over $270 for the he cheapest frame and single vision because i seriously needed them overnight (24hours) as they claim and advertised. 3 days later still have not received them. Customer service does not respond to any of my emails and it’s like they are a ghost company. No help! No glasses. Over priced. Scam! Don’t fall for it!
