Lovely boots!
I am being asked to review an order that was not received. The boots that I ordered were supposed to have been delivered on the 5th May but they either were not delivered or were delivered to a wring address. I have tried e-mailing Palladium twice now but have not received any response. This is extremely disappointing as the boots are excellent. I have three other pairs that I love but something has gone wrong with the delivery and subsequent communication.

Delivered on time. Fit well, comfortable. Look good. Simple & straightforward canvas boots - all good.. I don't know if they will last as well as bulkier military boots, but otherwise they are great 🤩👍

I have purchased Palladium boots/shoes for at least three decades. They always fit well, are comfortable, look right and last well.
Terrible communication. Still waiting for confirmation and refund of a return. No response from an email. No phone number to call.
On delivery the boots were left in the porch of next door, not my address, without any indication they were there. I found it ironic that the tape across the box says 'IMPORTANT NOTICE check the status and content of your parcel with the driver' it was impossible to do this given it was not delivered to me. I also find it outrageous I had to pay £5 to send them, this is the 1st time I have ever had to pay for a return The boots are gorgeous, they were too small, I also bought a bigger pair for comfort

Excellent boots great value and very easy to order and return online. Only point to note is that shoe sizes are actually half a size too big for U.K. sizing. So a 9 would be better ordered as an 8.5. and those half sizes are limited in stock. Disappointing.
