I placed an order for a combo Camera Body and a lens. Initially the order didn't go through due to payment issue but staff at Panamoz guided me politely and helped me push the order through. They kept me updated with the order status. I was extremely surprised with the level of personalised service I have received through out the process. I have received the parcel with in 24hours of dispatch and staff emailed to confirm the status of delivery. I am extremely happy with the quality of the boxes received. I would strongly recommend Panamoz for superb quality service at the most competitive price in the market for professional grade kit.
The camera Canon R3 was delivered in 6 days. Well communicated. A huge saving on the prices available in the uk. The warranty sounds good but I am hoping I never have to find out just how good.

Wow. I’ve been on the Z7 for a couple of years now and after some deliberation I decided to go for the Z8. After some research and advice from a well known UK photographer I was signposted to Panamoz. I’d never heard of the company before then but having researched and read lots of positive reviews I placed my order. The item was confirmed as in stock, shipped the next day via Fed Ex, regular tracking updates and delivered less than one week after ordering. As I promised, I am back with the second order, namely Sony a7rv and sony FE 50mm f1.2 GM. I received the order in 8 days, in perfect condition, this morning at 9:30 the courier called at my door. Conclusion: if you want to buy safely, even if the payment is not made through PayPal, buy from the Panamoz website. I am on my second experience and everything went wonderfully.

Lot of companies could learn from the customer service of Panamoz. Tina is a legend. All Z8 stock had gone before I could order, but Tina contacted me to say they had just one left and offered me the chance of purchasing it. Fantastic personal service and I received the camera in six days. This included the weekend and a one day delay due to airport weather conditions with regular tracking updates from UPS. Ive bought many items from this company over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended with a UK three year warranty and the best customer service anywhere. Many thanks again.
Amazing support and customer service. I spent over £3k on a Sony camera and lens. I initially ordered a different camera and cancelled it and they refunded me the money within a few hours. The Sony came within a week and I could see its status through UPS tracking. Brand new and love the camera. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using Panamoz again soon.
