First time buyer. Impressed with the smooth excecution. Love the watch , it looks and feels great. Been wearing it every day since I got it .
Look at all the reviews here from people who own more than one Panzera. I think that says a lot. I have three of them - the latest is a white dial Aquamarine 45 that looks like a zirconia Seamaster and a Luminor had baby. It's a very well made, well designed watch with a massive and easy to use crown which only took a few days to travel from Aus to the UK. And the people are great - I've sent them numerous cheeky emails - they always respond within a day and in good humour; once they even backdated an offer for me. Plus the website chat seems to work 24/7 - it's either personed round the clock or they've got some next level AI.
I’ve been enjoying my Panzera Aquamarine 45C for 2 months now. What a beautiful design with its white dial, this weekend I received two compliments on my watch one at a breakfast diner and another while shopping at our local Costco store. This has never happened with any other watch I’ve owned before.
Overall, a very disappointing experience! I ordered an Aquamarine 45D on the 22nd Feb and it arrived with me in the UK on the 29th. The watch itself is fantastic, it looks great, it's striking, works beautifully and it's fantastically accurate. However, within 9 days of it arriving, all the stitching began to come out of the strap. This is where the fun began. I emailed Panzera on the 9th of March regarding the issue (including pictures), and having done my research before buying, expected a fairly quick response (after all, I was now part of the Panzera "community"). However I heard nothing until 22nd of March (13 days later) when I received an automated response saying they had "received my request loud & clear" and that someone would get back to me. By this time, even more of the stitching had come away from my strap, so I replied to the thread on the 23rd explaining that the situation had deteriorated. Much later on the same day I finally got my first response from a human, simply asking me for a copy of my sales receipt, which i provided the next day. On the 26th a reply came asking for my address and basically saying that they would send me a new strap "as a one time consideration" even though they didn't really have to because it had been more that a month between me receiving my watch and informing Panzera that there was an issue. This was simply not the case! The delay had been caused by their lack of a timely response to my initial email! I pointed this out in an email reply on the same day, and provided my address (which was already on the receipt I had previously sent) and was just glad that Panzera were finally (reluctantly) doing the right thing. Then, I waited. After 14 days, I had heard nothing! So on the 11th April, I emailed once again asking for an update. 2 days later I got an automated response and then shortly after, a response from a human claiming that they had sent a response asking for my shipping address, and implied they were waiting for me to get back to them, and that I should check my spam folder. For my reference they also included the email for me again. This was the very same email I had responded to on the 26th March! I again replied on the same day pointing out that I had in fact replied to that email with the info they required, and was now chasing them after waiting for 14 days of doing so, for a response. Another 2 days past before (on the 15th April) I finally heard back, saying they had made the request for a new strap to be sent to me and I would be informed the moment it shipped. As of writing this review on the 22nd April, some 6 weeks after my first email, I still have had no notification of a shipment, let alone seen a replacement strap. I had such high hopes for Panzera, and after reading all the other reviews, had been planning to make other purchases from them, but unfortunately, their complete lack of customer support has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and feeling like the moment they had my money, they just stopped caring. I dread to think how this might have played out if I'd had an issue with the actual watch itself. Customer service is such an easy thing to do well these days and this could have been such an easy fix for Panzera. One which would have kept me loyal to the brand and very likely to keep spending my money with them. The next watch in my collection will not be a Panzera I'm afraid.
Very good communication with Panzera Watch company! I’ve got a price cut for my first purchase on the website that I am grateful for. I’ve got my Panzera Aquamarine 45 watch in record short order time to Europe. The watch is gorgeous and much more beautiful in flesh than on the pictures. The Aquamarine 45 resembles some of the Panerai watches (that are 10x expensive than Panzera Aquamarine). Tha watch is a real eye catcher! High glance polished and shiny on the sunny weather. Great purchase for it’s price!
I now own 5 Panzera watches with number 6 on pre-order. The quality of the watch for the price point is simply amazing. I’m a member of a couple of watch groups and all of the members owning Rolex, Omega & other luxury brands are always impressed by the craftsmanship of the Panzera’s. Bernadette in particular has been wonderful with me personally and with one order which I got a little confused on, she took the time to call the UK from Australia at a time to suit myself and we sorted the problem very quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend this brand enough for price and customer service, I will be a customer for life and am excited to see what is developed next by the designers in Sydney. Great brand, great business model and fantastic customer service - well done Panzera!!
First, credit where credit is due: the watch looks great. Unfortunately, that's where the good things ended for me. Right out of the box, the date indicator wasn't working. I took a video of it not working, alongside the photos of the damaged box, and sent to customer service, requesting a return label and refund. This would start WEEKS of forth and back email exchanges, me trying to return a defective product, and them trying to avoid that at all costs. A very simple email saying, "We are sorry. We can offer you a full refund, or a brand new item tested for full functionality. Which would you prefer?" would have probably convinced me to get a new watch. But the most they offered was to repair the faulty watch for free. Well I had paid for a brand new watch, not a faulty and repaired one. I finally ran out of patience and resources, and filed a case with PayPal (I had thankfully used PayPal for payment). Now they magically sent me a return label and after some more days of "inspection" and "testing", refunded the money. My final read of the situation is, they sold me a faulty and previously returned (based on the damaged box) item. They fought till the end to get me to keep it. While their QC need to step up their game, I would give 0 stars if I could for their customer service. I told you my true story. If you are lucky and get a good watch, enjoy it. I wasn't, and I'll never buy a Panzera watch again. If you do, please use PayPal in case you need to return it and get a refund.
I own 2 panzera watches, A45Q and A45. Absolutely love them, very high quality watches. Great variety in the range, will definitely buy another. Couldn't be happier with them, people ask about them every time I wear it out.
I own 3 panzeras ( aquamarine Swiss 45 automatic chronograph, aquamarine pro diver, and aquamarine 36 for my wife). Could not be happier. Amazing quality, customer service, and pricing. As a major watch enthusiast and a bit of a “watch snob”, I have many watches in my collection from major brands priced many orders of magnitude higher in price, yet Panzera ranks with them on all levels. They are large but wear comfortably, are very reliable, and look fabulous. I will be eagerly watching the growth of this company and look forward to their next additions
Keep promising the watch I bought,emails stating awaiting stock,however other people seem to have their watch already both locally and internationally. I’ve requested manager call re this issue as it’s still not arrived and they keep putting the date back
Was sceptical to buy a watch from the other side ofthe world . But the delivery was fast and without any trouble. I simply love the watch ( time master 45 C ) it looks great . Wim
I bought the Panzera Flieger 46 silver case with black rubber strap & red stitching. I love the look of this watch. Its bold & chunky with an easy to read face. The 3-line date is easy to read even when the hands are at the 3.15 position. The silicone rubber strap is very flexible & comfortable to wear. The watch looks really classy & oozes quality! So far the automatic movement has kept perfect time. My only very slight gripe is that the clear back case doesn't really have anything impressive to show. You can see the automatic movement but it looks very plain. I live in the UK & ordered my watch directly off the Panzera website, who kept me up-to-date with regular tracking updates. Shipping only took about 7 days, which I think was great considering the journey it made!
Genuinely over the moon with the quality of this timepiece. Did my research beforehand couldn't find fault with the company or their products so took the leap. The service from the team was first class. Bernadette was extremely helpful and attentive in answering any questions or concerns I had - particularly around shipping to Scotland - The watch arrived earlier than expected and that was over a weekend. 4 days from purchase to wrist. That's impeccable from other side of the world. Extremely proud to become part of the Panzera family and for this watch to be my first ever purchase in what I hope to be the start of a collection. If you like the look of any of the Panzera collections then just go for it! You won't regret it! Looking forward to enjoying many years with this beauty. ⏳
Falsche Uhr geliefert, dann behauptet es wäre die richtige Uhr was wegen der Auftragsbestätigung mit Bild einfach nur dumm ist, dann eine Woche Sendepause. In der Zeit habe ich ein Rücksendelabel angefordert und bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich kaufe dort nie wieder.

Australia-Uk ordered watch Monday delivery received Thursday. Excellent tracking on the whole journey. The A45Q watch exceeded my expectations. I haven’t worn a watch for years and this feels completely comfortable. Loving the 45 mm face, its nice and clear at a quick glance. I’m hooked. Thanks PANZERA think I’ll be ordering the 45C next.

Ich hatte mir eine Time-master 43 von panzera gegönnt. Von der Uhr war ich sofort überzeugt und begeistert. Leider war ein gelbes statt des georderten schwarzen Armbandes geliefert worden. Es war nur ein von Freundlichkeit geprägter Email Verkehr erforderlich und schon lief die Lieferung des schwarzen Armbandes. Nach eineinhalb Wochen kam das Armband heute an. Natürlich alles ohne Kosten und das falsch gelieferte Armband kann ich selbstverständlich behalten. Die Qualität dieser Armbänder finde ich hervorragend. In dieser Güte habe ich sie bisher noch bei keiner anderen Uhr gefunden. Panzera kann man echt nur empfehlen.
The watch arrived a day earlier than expected so a good start . It is great- looking and easy to adjust and it just remains to see how accurate it is
