Bikini arrived squashed in a small envelope wrapped in black tissue …. Not a good start … bikini was of average quality …. Bikini bottoms too high …. Didn’t do me any favours … so bikini has been returned .
I love Paper London's commitment to our earth. They make beautiful items (I have the linen pantsuit, swimsuit, and also a pair of sandals) using responsible manufacturing processes.
Fabulous customer service! Had to exchange an item due to size, and then a back order. Along every step of the way, the customer representative, (Helen?), kept me informed about the status of my order. I felt certain she would do everything in her power to make sure the order was correct. Also, I give 5 stars to the quality of the products we’ve ordered. Absolutely adore my new Paper London suit! The quality of the fabric is just amazing, so soft and hangs beautifully! I have never had so many compliments on an outfit when I wore it! The customer service was super responsive and helpful in aiding me to find my correct size and the shipping was super speedy and came next day! Will definitely be growing my wardrobe with more Paper pieces.
I ordered a bikini from them in May, which was advertised to be delivered in early June. The bikini has still not arrived even though we are most of the way through summer. They have advertised that the bikini is back in stock (~3 weeks ago) and are coordinating influencer content to drive new revenue when customers have yet to receive their orders. For a brand led business, this is disappointing behavior. They should be focusing on delivering orders for the payments they have already taken rather than driving new orders when they clearly can’t fulfill the promises made…
I have bought numerous dresses from paper and more recently the 3 piece suit. The quality is unreal. I wear everything season after season. It’s my go to summer wardrobe. Thank you customer care for always being so helpful Niki x

The fabric, cut and quality of Paper’s white pant suit is amazing. Impossible to convey fabric quality online so I wanted to write that as a customer I am blown away. The way the fabric feels, moves and packs well!! Very impressed.
I love my new white Paper London suit! The fabric is lovely and it is really comfortable to wear. The blazer and waistcoat fit me perfectly - and the customer service I received when I needed to alter the trousers was excellent. Can’t wait to wear this all summer, I feel amazing in it!

Paper is run by real people who are there at the end of an email to help you with any issues. I also just love the brand, its sustainable credentials and unmatched style - I always get compliments when I wear Paper!
I have always been a huge fan of Paper London swimwear and dresses, the fit and quality is amazing. I recently got the Emilia blazer, Matilda Trousers and Victoria waistcoat, such a great addition to my wardrobe there are so many ways to wear it and the quality is just incredible.

I feel that although the customer service was good, it should be written more clearly that you don’t get a refund with sale items. Which is so unusual nowadays
I had Emilia blazer, Matilda Trousers and Victoria waistcoat delivered to the gallery for an event that night - to my delight everything fit perfectly and suited the occasion perfectly. There’s about a dozen different ways I can we’re these three pieces to expand my current summer wardrobe effortlessly, couldn’t be happier
