I unfortunately damaged the lens on my Panasonic camera and needed a quick replacement at a reasonable price. I choose to purchase a second hand LUMIX G 12-60mm from Park Cameras. Extremely happy with the whole experience. Quick efficient service. Great price. Lens exactly as described “as new”. Could not be happier.
Selling my Canon camera body and lens, I chose Park because of their well established name and reputation. I found their initial quotation process fair and straight forward. I then sent them the body and lens and they responded with a fair reappraisal once they had physically inspected what I was selling. I was happy with the price paid and the money was promptly credited to my bank account.
Brought my camera and lenses in to get a quote as I wanted to sell them. Richard was very helpful and evaluated my items on the spot. He also offered a much better price than an online competitor.
Very poor attitude to customer service and very dishonest in relaying information about a warranty repair. I have a Fuji X100V that has broken three times since October. Park Cameras told me the warranty wasn’t valid as I wasn’t the original purchaser. It was a gift! Refused to help and wrote a lame rebuff. Rubbish company with poorly trained staff. WEX on the other hand were great and sorted the warranty repair immediately.
Ordered a Nikkor 18-140dx, arrived by DPD less than 24 hours later. In excellent condition (as advertised) all works perfectly. Good price. Will use Parks again.
The advert implied that the camera had 2 x canon batteries, however only one was genuine and doesn’t hold a charge the other is some random after market thing. So not what I expected. Not the price I thought I was paying as I've got to buy new batteries at an additional cost. Please be more honest with your item descriptions.
I purchased a used lens rated "like new". I have had mixed outcomes buying used lenses, but I entirely agree with the condition description. Excellent value for money for a lens I never really expected to own because of it's 'new' price. It has already opened up creative possibilities for me. I anticipated next working day delivery (Monday), but it actually arrived next day (Sunday).

Park Cameras offered a fair price for my part-exchange. They then arranged for my parcel to be collected from my door. It could not have been easier.
Purchased a used camera. Camera was in excellent condition, but I discovered it had shipped with a older version of a common Nikon battery. It was compatible with the camera but didn't support some new features (notably USB C charging). This was probably a swap done by the previous owner, but I raised this with Andrew in the sales team, and they happily and quickly offered me either a discount, or to supply a new battery of the correct type. Picked the new battery up the following day! No hassle, no arguments, and no chasing. Excellent service turned a potential problem into an great example of customer service, and will keep me coming back!

Items need to be checked as working before being sent out and I'm unable to prove this device is functioning as it is suposed to. Park Cameras Don't appear to be a ble to check them either which makes the whole thing complicated
