Item arrived damaged

I brought the team bride/team groom cornhole set. This supposedly brand new item arrived in a beaten up ginger Ray box with damage to the front of the cornhole boards that had clearly been tried to correct/cover up with pen but is very visible due to the colour difference. I would return it but as you don’t get shipping costs back and they charge £2.50 that would be almost seven pounds to return. Had I realised party delights were just reselling a damaged ginger-ray product I would have brought new directly from ginger ray.

Extremely disappointed this time

I left a great review this morning because I normally shop with PartyDelights however looking closely at my order which arrived this morning, I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied. My balloon weights look like I’ve had them for years. The foil is ripped, one a lot more than the other two. Just waiting on live chat. I already had to get in touch this morning as I wasn’t aware that part of my order would be shipped separately and thought it was missing, I but that was quickly resolved hence leaving a great review. Now there doesn’t seem to be anyone responding on live chat to help. This is so disappointing I could have gone to Clinton’s, Hobbycraft or card factory but chose party delights as I’ve done in the past. There’s bits of what looks like sand coming out of the weights due to the rips. I feel so let down I’m worried to see what state my helium is in when it arrives tomorrow.

You need to be more competitive

You need to be more competitive I try to support smaller companies instead of going straight to Amazon I ordered an item on the 26th March perhaps naively excepting it to be delivered by the 3rd of April Sadly it is due to be delivered tomorrow (5th April) my granddaughters birthday has come and gone so the item is no longer needed ( a return will cost me £2.50 with all the hassle of printing labels and posting ) I may just give it to her anyway 10 days wait for a delivery is too long I bought a different item in a large supermarket, she was only 5 so didn’t notice! I don’t think I would chance buying something off you again if I couldn’t source it somewhere else at short notice

Happy with my experience

I recently placed an order with party delights for Easter decorations to make my nephew's Easter fun for him. Three of the items I ordered arrived and were perfect for the egg hunt I had planned and my nephew really enjoyed the day. However one decoration was not included in the package so I contacted the company and spoke with Jeanne of the customer service team. Jeanne was very sorry that I didn't receive everything I had ordered and immediately offered me a refund. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely order from them again.

My experience with Party Delights was excellent. My package was delayed and I emailed Millie and she came back to me so prompt and due to the order being delayed she refunded the express delivery charge which was my very first time expleriencing that a company would refund it. Excellent service and highly recommend this company.

Ordered personalised banners for my…

Ordered personalised banners for my daughters 21st with her picture on and some table decorations. Table decorations turned up but no banners ! This was the Friday before her birthday on the Monday . Emailed and messaged but company shut on weekends . Finally got through to them Monday morning to be told they had been missed off order would I like them re ordered 😡 they don’t do same day delivery so I got refund , but that left me with no personalised banners for my daughter’s birthday and no time to get any . Would not use this company again or recommend.

Excellent service. There was a slight fault with the party outfit I bought for my little girl and they immediately sent a replacement the next day, in order for me to receive it for her friend’s birthday party. Highly recommend!

Avoid this company I ordered special balloons for my father's birthday, giving plenty of advance notice and specifying the required delivery date. I then received an email the night before delivery (annoyingly entitled "Let's get this party started" - what a joke) that they were out of stock and had issued a refund, by which time it was far too late to order any alternative. Very poor customer service and communication.

Ordered a costume in two different sizes and sent one back on 19th February, I have still not received a refund from this company. When emailed them I had to send proof of my return label and the post office tracking receipt, which I'd luckily kept. I won't be using this company again.

Ordered the ‘Get Wild’ party items along with balloons, personalised banners and lots of other items to match for my son 1st birthday next week. Ordered on Monday 11th and items arrived by DHL today Thursday 14th. Excellent service and high quality items. I was cautious to order after reading other negative reviews about late delivery but make sure you order with plenty of time like I did and you shouldn’t have problems

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Ordered my daughter a costume for world book day and paid express post so it would arrive in time and it didn't show up on time . Also when it arrived I realised it was not sent express post like I was charged for .It was sent with a parcel label . I know this as I work in a post office. This is totally unacceptable and false advertising. Also when costume did arrive there was a part missing . Have emailed company three times with no response

World book day disappointment

I paid for express delivery for world book day ,I ordered the costume on Saturday morning to be delivered by Wednesday, costumes still not here, my daughters not happy & I’m not happy. I’ve checked Royal Mail tracking and they haven’t even received the parcel yet??? So don’t have a clue when it will turn up 🙁 disappointing to say the least

Ordered for World book day, paid extra for express delivery...'order before 8pm on Monday' for delivery by Wednesday, in time for World book Day. Falsely advertised on their website. Arrived a day too late, can't get to speak to anyone on the phone no reply from two emails sent. Would never use again, upset kids with no costumes for school, parcel here now, a day too late, absolutely no good to us now!!

Really unhappy with this service

Really unhappy with this service! Ordered an outfit for my child, and paid extra for faster delivery. It stated that it was due on the Wednesday and now it seems its coming on Friday. Too late for world book day. Now iv looked up the returns policy and it says they aren't doing returns at the moment.

very poor customer service - i ordered an item and it says if you order before a certain time and pay the extra fee it would be delivered on a certain date which did not happen - i emailed their customer service requesting a refund of the extra money i paid to have the item delivered faster with no response i had two very upset and disappointed children - the items has still been delivered
