Currency issue. When I ordered two items from patpat on a website that was supposed to be australian, the price was advertised in NZ dollars. The amount was $24. This amount was also on my order confirmation. When I clicked on a 'view invoice' link, these dollars became US dollars, and $41 was taken from my account. The way they did this was very misleading. I will not be shopping from Patpat again.
Customer service was fantastic and very prompt to assist me with my return clothes are so lovely from here and I’d highly recommend them x
Noch nicht mal einen Stern wert! Ich will aus meiner Bestellung Nr. 23268139 vom 01.04.2024 drei Kleider retournieren, aber weder erhalte ich die Rücksendeadresse noch einen Paketschein o.ä. Man will meine Retourenanmeldung noch nicht mal bestätigen, obwohl ich genau die Kleider per E-Mail genannt habe, die zurückgeschickt werden sollen. Als Grund hatte ich angegeben, dass mir mein Kleid nicht passt und meinen Mädchen die Farbe nicht steht. Ich hatte extra Kleider zur Auswahl bestellt und ja, ich habe ein Recht auf Rückgabe! Damit wird letztlich auf der Homepage ja auch geworben! Jetzt habe ich die x-te E-Mail an das Service-Team geschickt und bin nach mehreren Rückmeldungen mit schwammigem Inhalt immer noch nicht weiter. Will PatPat die Kleider nicht zurück?! Zum Glück hatte ich per Rechnung bestellt. Jetzt bekomme ich nur bald Ärger mit Klarna, da ich nur die Kleider bezahlt habe, die ich behalten will. Ich bin absolut genervt! Und hier noch an PatPat: Ihr müsst nicht noch einmal fragen, ob ich ein Kundenkonto erstellen will. Ich werde nie wieder bestellen! Andere Online-Dienstleister senden einen Retourenschein direkt bei der Lieferung mit. Da kann man sich ja mal dran orientieren,wenn man will, dass Kunden öfter bestellen als nur 1x.

There was a bit of confusion about the items that I've ordered and I've asked for a refund. The staff were very friendly and responded very quickly and fixed the issue without even asking me to return the items. Thanks and highly recommended this website.

Ya había comprado y la tela de la ropa es muy suave y cómoda y las medidas se ajustan a lo que dice la aplicación, es una página confiable. Además en el último pedido que realicé tuve un inconveniente por lo que los contacte y el servicio al cliente es muy amigable, comprensivo y eficaz

Realice mi pedido el 27 de febrero, con fecha de entrega máxima el 28 de marzo, mi pedido lo dividieron en dos entregas, una ya la recibí pero la otra aun nada que llega, llevo mucho tiempo esperando y nadie me da información, solo me ponen a seguir esperando, es una lastima porque la ropa que recibí en la primera entrega es hermosa y me encantaría seguir comprando, pero el servicio de entrega es pésimo y servicio al cliente no brinda ayuda al respecto.
Ho fatto un acquisto errato e subito ho fatto il reso. Ho chiesto via chat le informazioni (anche se lenti) e tutto è andato ok. Tempi di reso una settimana. Alla fine sono seri. Ho annullato l'ordine perchè mi sono reso conto alla fine che non erano in contone.
