Great prices and delivered to the door, we signed up for bottomless bowl and it’s worked out really well. It’s really easy to edit the next delivery so if you need it sooner or a week or so later it’s not a problem. I’ve shopped around and their price is better than anywhere else local to me and that includes delivery. I’ve been buying from them for over a year without any problems

Their Customer Service is really good: last minute it turned out they cat food I have ordered was out of stock, but they offered alternative and dispatched it on time. Big range of cat food and other pet related products to choose from. Prices are competitive and they have offers from time to time. My order was despatched quite quickly. Small issue with a punctured bag of cat litter but that can happen anytime. Would happily order from them again.

Great when it works hopeless when it doesn't zero customer service - actually admit they do not receive the return request (damaged goods) even though it says so on your account. Frustrating!
