Items ordered last Wed evening have still not arrived Sat 4th May. Simply not good enough. Website claims DPD are their delivery service, not true. Email update was GLS. Will not shop online with Petmania again.
1.Several times now you have offered discount codes which disappear at checkout. 2.the deliveries are often wet as the packages are dumped over the gate.

Friendly service and straightforward pickup although had to be directed to counter as was not clearly marked or obvious walking in.
The price was OK, even better with the 10% click n collect code. It was ready for collection pretty soon afterwards, though I didn't pick it up for 24 hours as I missed the closing time on the day. Staff were helpful, as usual, and the guy very kindly carried the 20kg bag to my car as I was feeling a bit decrepit.

Online order from 7am (just one item) not ready for collection at 4.30pm, manager unhelpful, keep me waiting another 20 mins as ‘order needs to be processed’. I saw ordered item on the shelf, asked if I could have this and go, answer was ‘no’. My first and last dealings with Petmania.
