As a pharmacist I am yet again disappointed that when there is a change in who is dispensing my medication I experience unprofessional and sub standard service from fellow professionals. When the Lloyds in the local Sainsbury’s switched to online only dispensing ( after years of Top Quality service) I experienced issues with the substitution of a poor substandard generic, after experiencing serious side effects from the use of the generic the local surgery put in place the specification of original product only for that med. Now , again despite the assurances that” nothing will change” ( and despite a call from ?? Lloyds ?? a few weeks ago to see if they could cajole me into again accepting their substandard generic ) the same inferior product has been dispensed by you. Personally I would have thought that procuring Sildenafil from an outlet called Dr Reddy’s was a dead giveaway that all is not well. Please let me know when and how this incorrectly dispensed product will be collected and replaced with that which is normally dispensed. Thank You John Robert Sleep

It is alway on time, with minimal effort from my side. I never find myself without my medications.
It is seamless. Just order and together with the surgery the work is done. Always order earlier in the week as this allows the surgery to respond. Plus your are relying on the mail service so earlier the better.

Quick simple ordering and prompt delivery
I tried to order by using your instruction. I tried to scan the bar code on the products, no responce. I also tried to type in the names of the products, that also failed. I ended up having to visit the pharmacy. They sorted it in seconds. Why am i not able to order via your app ? Is it something i am doing wrong ?
