They claim to have delivered my item but I never received it and now they are refusing the redeliver or refund and have told me it is either with someone in my house or it is with a neighbour but they won't tell me which one. They seem to think they do not need to comply with the S29(2)Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states: "The goods remain at the trader’s risk until they come into the physical possession of— (a)the consumer, or (b)a person identified by the consumer to take possession of the goods." I therefore do not recommend this company because I have never been in physical possession of the item and I never identified anyone else to be in physical possession of it on my behalf. EDIT in response to the company's reply below: I have checked with my partner and she never received it, and I have checked with my immediate neighbours and they have not received anything for me, and my local sorting office has no packages for me (which I stated in my complaint directly to Pharmacy First which you can see in the ticked chain to you). However, Royal Mails procedure is irrelevant under s29(2) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because I was never in physical possession of the package and I never identified anyone else to receive it on my behalf. Pharmacy First have therefore broken the law by refusing to take responsibility.
