Ordered on 22-11-23 paid €9.50 for next day shipping, received email stating order was out for delivery on 23-11-23, only for next day to receive another email to say out of stock no delivery until following week. Not receive delivery until 29-11-23, 7 days after ordering and no email stating a refund at least for next day shipping cost. Terrible customer service and wont ever use this company again.

For the amount of product I bought (5 tubes of panstick) the box was too big with a lot of plastic padding.
I received a very pleasant email about my order, telling me that unfortunately a key item (which was the basis of the order), was out of stock. I was offered an alternative, but I decided to cancel the order until the particular item was back in stock. This was absolutely no problem. The store will email me when my item is back on the shelves. Such a nice and friendly experience !
