I ordered a dress for a wedding, it came but was too big, I tried to do an exchange but site wouldn’t allow, I had to order and pay for size down, and then wait 5 days for delivery, still waiting on my refund
Always skeptical of ordering off now websites due to being in-between sizes and quite petite. But everything I've ordered fits perfectly can't wait to wear it for husbands birthday night out.
First purchase so abit dubious u never know but I was very impressed kept me updated and arrived when it should have done very pleased
Quality of goods was amazing? But to loose over 8.00 with delivery and protection and returning is very high so will think again before ordering
I only ordered this dress yesterday after seeing it on Facebook. It came today OMG I LOVE IT ! I cannot believe how fast the delivery was and the dress was beyond my expectations. Perfect fit and complimentary .
Great service. Ordered 2 dresses (as I wasn't sure of size) unfortunately I had to return both as they were way too long (I am 5 foot nothing). Refund was given within days.

Delivery really quick
This was my first order. The items i ordered were meant to be a size 12 and size a 12-14(L) however not at all true to UK sizing and were more like a size 8-10. I emailed Customer Care, however, after 3 days of waiting for a reply, i gave up any hope of communication. I just decided at that point to return the items and bare the cost of return postage. I feel is quite unfair considering the inconvenience of having to drive to a post office in another town due to not receiving correctly sized clothes. Shame, as quality wise the items seemed pretty decent Re Reply on Trust Pilot from PB Customer Care. Thank you for replying suggesting I contact your customer care, however, my original message to your customer care sent on 23rd remains unanswered to date

Parcel was half missing The parcel came and the skirt was missing out of the co-ord set i ordered. I have been trying to get an update on it for the past 5 days with no response back from them, the parcel has now been sent back so we will see if they refund me Order number 1962883

I've emailed a few times as I orderd a skirt and the sizing was too small I paid for a code to scan and send the skirt back for the next size up me and my children have been unwell and when I got around to sending it back it wouldn't let me use the code, I've emailed now 3 times for a new code so I can send it back and have the next size up sent out which I've already paid for but non of the emails have been replied to and I'm still stuck with a skirt that's too small

I exchanged my order for a bigger size (which I had to pay the shipping costs for) and they sent me a top which had no label attached, was faulty and smelt of someone else’s perfume! Waiting for a customer service response and to hopefully be sent a product which has not been worn and is not faulty!!!!!
