Can't fault these guys, beer is good and if you have an issue they are quick to resolve it.
Loving the Pinter experience so far. They have simplified beer making for me which has allowed me to dip my toe into the craft before deciding if I want to go one step further. Everything is easy. Really looking forward to trying out all the varieties over time and perhaps giving cider a go too.
Absolutely fantastic customer service I made an error adding the yeast accidentally instead of the cleaning sachet when cleaning the Pinter I got in touch with customer service who very kindly sent me another yeast promptly. Thank you loads.

What a breath of fresh air Pinter are. I had an issue with my Fresh Brew and I spoke with Gillian who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly rectified the issue without any fuss. Well, today was the day! After a 9/2/9 cycle- I tapped in to Space Hopper, West Coast Edition. Good carbonation, flavor is great - very familiar IPA taste. Very pleased with my first home brew from Pinter. For a home brew, this is fast-easy-and fun. I’ve done real home brewing and this is just a nice change for speed and taste.
Pinter is like potato chips, nobody can have just one. Makes great beer easily and quickly (compared to traditional brewing methods).
I have had issues accessing the new pinter app and using the brewing process instructions, so called customer services as they have been really good in the past, I got through to Taylor and after explaining my problem he told me to delete the old and new apps and he would send me a new link to the new app and to log on again and it should work........ And it did, fantastic service and a very pleasant and chatty young man Thank you Taylor, brilliant job Cheers 👍
Simply put, this is the best beer and cider brewing system out there. Totally fool proof and with a great range of fresh press options. The subscription service is easy to control and update. The level of aftercare is exceptional. I had a technical issue (my fault) which was sorted above my expectation. Great machine, Great company.
So I finally brewed my first batch of beer and it really couldn’t have been easier. I brewed the Space hopper DIPA and it turned out really well. The app is a wonderful tool and I don't think there is any way a person can screw up.Just follow the steps . One thing I would recommend is take more time to sterilize all the parts thoroughly and take extra time too mix the batch I did three shakes at 30 seconds each. Taylor recommended to give a couple days beyond 14 days to condition will help mellow out the beer but it is definitely drinkable at the 14 day mark. Taylor is the representative from the pinter company and he is more than willing to answer your questions as he did mine . So far it’s been a wonderful experience all around and I cant wait to start my next beer.
This was my first brewing experience with the Pinter. It was super simple, and would recommend it to anyone. You don't need any brewing experience. After reading the directions and understanding the process, I think it took me 15 minutes to sanitize and mix all the ingredients (water extract, and yeast). Although I'm not new to brewing, me and my buddies have been brewing for about 8 years now. Next brew in the Pinter, I'll throw in a Tilt so I can watch the progress. For the price you can't beat it, it's a all in one unit (except for the cooling). Super easy to use, another big plus is cleanup. On a regular brewing day, there's setup, teardown, and cleanup. That adds an hour or more to the brewing day.
Love having fresh beer in a keg in the fridge. Once you select the appropriate mineral water the beer tastes just as good as beer from any brewery. Had a few issues with ordering Pinter Packs, but those were soon sorted by the excellent customer service team. Highly recommend!
Strongly recommend. 100% success with little effort
Pinter is really easy to use, that means no mess and very predictable and consistent results. The entire process is simple, since the day I place the order of the beer kit, then the quick dispatch, the brewing process takes little time, next thing I know, I put the keg in the fridge and start drinking next day. It couldn’t be easier. Gone are the days I used to get frustrated with random results and throw away entire batches.

I tried making home brew in the past few years with little success, the brews have always had the taste of amateurish brewing, the Pinter has totally revolutionised the ease of home brewing, the taste is superior to my other efforts, looking forward to trying other flavours

Bought the Pinter 3 for my partner. His first brew is finished in 2 days so hopefully will be amazing. I would like to be brewing another while we wait but will maybe wait until a sale or voucher offer for another one. Love it up to now as it was so easy and found a great YouTube video that completely walked us through it.
