My first parcel didn't turn up I think because royal mail messed up somewhere so I contacted support and I got my parcel the day after. I'd happily buy from here again as apart from the first item I had no issues and customer support was quick to fix my problems
Excellent service. Great price for my sand and super fast postage for a 20kg parcel. I will be back.
Highly recommended. I had a few questions about odd dimensions for a few parts so gave them a call. Very helpfull measured the bits there and then and good advise give in geniral. Placed order online a few days later once I worked out all the bits I needed. Arrived well packed and promptly the next day. Have used a few more times since and will be using again for sure!!

I bought a Oase bio thermal 200 filter and within the week the heater side of the filter does not work, i called to let them know that i would gladly take an exchange but not the same model as i don't want to go through the same again but happy to take a similar oase filter without heating element i was told its under warranty so they'd have to see if that's possible, i said im sure under my consumer rights if its not working then im entitled to a full refund never mind a replacement whoever was on the phone didn't care and simply cut me off, DONT use this company there are others around with much better customer service i won't got there again
They have a great range of products available the tanks are really well looked after and the staff are second to none they are helpfully knowledgeable and friendly nothing is to much trouble can't recommend this place enough
Had a few problems with the post service, let pond planet know that I had not received ordered item, no quibble resent it. They both came the same day. So the issue was with the post office not pond planet.
So happy we found this place. It is fantastic with a huge selection of fish and accessories. I have just purchased a large tank from them and I honestly can not fault them. I always get excellent advice from knowledgeable staff. I could sit and talk with these guys for hours. They care about the fish and they care about the customer. I would never go anywhere else. Graham and Mark are wonderful and I look forward to visiting the shop. Well done all of you.

This is a long read, but hear me out. Mark Schofield saved me a fortune. So my son was gifted a 3 foot tropical tank for Christmas with a very fancy filter. After two weeks of enjoying the lovely colourful fish, the filter got its first clean and that's where we ran into problems. First I broke the red clip that holds the valve in place. I phoned Pond Planet and ordered a new one which was delivered within the promised 24 hours and within the allocated one hour time slot. This was however just the start of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. After I reassembled the filter, it just would not work. In desperation I phoned Pond Planet again and Mark Schofield took the call. Not only did he stay with me on the phone and talked me through the whole process over TWO DAYS (and multiple panicked calls from me) while he worked through every possible trouble shooting scenario, he even helped me to see what I was supposed to do with a video call in which he explained step by step what I had to do next. Mark remained patient and never made me feel like a burden and time waster. I cannot recommend Pond Planet enough and I'd even go as far as to say, ask for Mark Schofield!!! Management, this man deserves a massive promotion and accompanying pay rise!!!
Had an issue they handled 100% professionally, this gives you real confidence in a business that does this kinda thing. looking forward to re-ordering again. Cheers guys..

One star is too much. I was placing a large order and it quite clearly stated on the home page.....Free delivery on all orders over £49. My order was for approx. £150, yet I was still being charged £8+ for delivery. I cancelled the order. I then I tried again for a £55 order. This time I spoke to someone about their false advertising. The guy that I spoke with couldn't have cared less, and I most certainly won't be using this company again.
Ordered a natural mangrove 15cm-25cm. I appreciate its natural but mine was 14.5cm and looked nothing like the image on their website. They will keep £5 for delivery cost and I’ve got to pay for return plus they recommend recorded delivery. Won’t use them again. Mangrove looked great on line with holes in it for fish to hide, I got a poor little piece of mangrove like a block of wood
If I could have given no stars I would have. I tried to purchase a fish tank for my partners birthday this weekend. I was contacted by a staff member to confirm a convenient delivery day. 40 minutes later I received an email to say they couldn't deliver to NI as it would need to be sent on a pallet and DPD couldn't do this.
Used pond planet a few times, first time was in person at their store in Stockton. Very helpful chap in store! Used a few times since via online, and have to say everything always arrives as expected.
