I love, love my new ceiling light! It’s beautiful! The pictures on the website were accurate and delivery was easy and fast. Packaging was just right - protective but not excessive. Great to have the option of a free return, but I didn’t need it. Would definitely recommend.
Great selection of well priced products, I return to them time and again for my projects, unfortunately recently a glass shade arrived and was cracked on delivery, Pooky were so swift to send a completely no quibbles replacement which arrived very quickly. Highly recommend excellent customer service.

Bought two x the large scallop pendant for our hallway and absolutely love them. Great value and both the shades and fittings are lovely. One of the shades was slightly cracked and Henry at Pooky was very quick to respond to my email and confirm that a replacement would be delivered. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.
